Good price, excellent location. Stayed in the double bed, windowless room. Not sure what other people are complaining about. For the price you are paying you don’t expect much, but it’s still a fairly comfortable and pleasant experience. Also has incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

Location is good and quiet compared to those hotels around Bui Vien. Just lack of a safe.

We started one night in a room in the 1st floor room with a double bed and a single bed as there were 3 of us. Room too small. Not enough space. Small bathroom. Wi-Fi jumping.
We changed rooms to one at the 7th deluxe suite room with two double beds. Much more space and Wi-Fi works very well. Bathroom is a decent size.

As the hotel is very narrow, just the width of a room, it's fairly claustrophobic. Once in the room, things are a little tight — despite being a superior room one side of the bed is against the wall, with no room for a second cabinet, mirrors are set at Asian height, so pointing to my chest, and the toilet is so close to the wall, it can only be sat on sideways. It's functional, cleanish, a bit dated, with things wearing out, but well positioned and inexpensive. Two small bottles of water on arrival in the room, after that you buy your own, most places provide water each day when they clean the room. The hot water can take around 5 mins to reach the 3rd floor, so I'm pretty much finished my shower by the time that arrives, maybe it takes longer to reach the higher floors. The breakfast room looked like a storage area when I was there, so food wasn't an option, but there's enough choice just outside.

I got a single room on the tenth floor, and overall it was enjoyable. The bathroom was nice, and view of HCM was beautiful. The ladies at the front desk speak English fine, but most other staff do not. The bed was very hard, and for this reason I am giving it five stars. I woke up with a stiff shoulder due to the beds, which was not pleasant.

Good position, room is quitely old. Air conditioner run well.

Cheap hotel. In district 1. Bui vien or pham ngu lao. Next to the park markets and pubs and restaurants.

Modern albeit small room. Spider web everywhere could clean much better.

Not good. Air cond did not work well, room is small, no window, shower head is spoilt, hairdryer not provided inside the room… it has to be requested from the counter, which took more than 30 minutes to be delivered to the room. By that time my hair has already dried naturally. How ‘efficient’.

The hotel is quaint but the staff are extra friendly and go out of their way to help I any way. Was impressed.

Super location my room was big and clean. Can be a bit louder depending on the time, because of the bars nearby.

Great place with friendly staff. The rooms are rather small but fair for the price paid. It is very close to the nightlife district so thank goodness for the soundproof rooms. 20 minutes walk to BenThan market and another 10 to reach some museum.

The location is okay but the staff man not so friendly. The room a bit smell.

Stayed here for many times and definitely will come back. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean and good location.

The staff was really phenomenal and helpful. When the air conditioner at my other hotel broke, the staff at iPeace took me in for free (I guess the other hotel payed them), offered to retrieve food and drink for me, sat and talked with me while I worked, and in general did as much as they could for me. The air conditioner in my room worked well, and the room was well-stocked in case I didn't feel like going out (I did). As others have said, the beds and pillows were very hard, but everything was very clean and otherwise comfortable.

Everything is good, workers are friendly, room and bathroom is clean. Good ratio cost/quality, for being in Pham Ngu Lao.
