Ridiculous and irresponsible management! They cancelled our reservation directly. We booked this hotel from Agoda with a special discount and received the confirmation email from Agoda already. BUT they just simply sent us an email afterwards stating that the pricing rate wasn't correct due to their system errors. There was a binding contract already and they denied to bear their responsibilities.
Be reminded that your reactions completely damaged your image and reputation. No integrity shown when you do business!

Hotel very well located next to the main attractions of the city. Two faults: 1. Room really small but quiet and with a good double bed. 2. Breakfast served in a small noisy room and better not arrive late if you want to have fruit and toast… But overall I recommend.

Amazing location — couldn't ask for a better one. In the heart of District 1, next to Night Food markets, next to the main tourist markets (there's a better one further out by the way). Close to 7/11 and Mini-marts and about a 10-minute walk to Bu Vien street (party street). Rooms were large, big bed, clean bathroom with all the amenities you need. Staff were great, friendly and happy to help give directions or provide suggestions. Check-in and out was a breeze. Good option if you are just looking for a base to stay while you spend your days and nights out. Many rooms don't have windows (which they advertise) so it feels a bit closed and small. Unfortunately, this is Vietnam so it's common — best advice is to get a room with a window and book early to avoid inflated prices.

Lovely hotel, stayed for two nights and came back for a third. Clean beautiful rooms. We had the upgraded room with a very large patio. Staff at the front desk are very accommodating and can speak English.

Nice quiet hotel on a busy street. The rooms are functional and everything works. They staff are helpful and best of all check out time is midday. Very good breakfast in the morning.

Awesome hotel! We actually started our stay at another hotel and decided to move to this one. Great staff that was attentive and the hotel was first class and modern. Breakfast had some thing for everyone's liking.

Service staff super good! No better! Will take the initiative stepped forward to ask what you need to and in the city centre. Away from the attractions are very close! Environment clean. Within easy reach of quiet! Breakfast is also good~ recommend.

Decent tourist class hotel not far from Ben Thanh Market. Some of the staff did speak reasonable ok english. Be aware that room with windows is not always what we western expect it to be.

Honestly, wasn't expecting too much, based on the pictures that is. Vietnam isn't a place famed for their hotels after all. However, everything changed a day in. Firstly, the hotel room is spotless and service impeccable. Sure, it's a rather small area, but it is a cozy one. Next, the vicinity to the surrounding malls and tourist areas are a huge plus. Heck, it's a mere 10 minutes walk to takashimaya. Walk the other way and you find vincom center and parkson. Museums are closely located as well, there's plenty to do where this hotel is located. Back to the hotel itself, the breakfast is delightful, and have I mentioned how polite their staff are? I've stayed in higher end hotels with lesser attention to details (aside from Japan, that's a whole different ball game). Sure, there are many other hotels nearby, but GK central ticks all the right boxes. I will definitely be staying back here again should I return, and I most definitely will.

Clean and comfortable, superb location, 3minute walking to Behn tahnh market, 2minute to "Local Food Street" food court. The only bad things is no parkingg slot if you are driving.

Central location in the 1st District, close to the Ben Thanh Market. We were offered at 200.000 Dong (about 8, €30) surcharge per day an update also a room with terrace instead of balcony, which was certainly a good choice. Room and bathroom with large shower was very clean and functional. Wi-Fi worked very well. "The breakfast room was cold air-conditioned, a frequent naughtiness.

The Hotel & rooms are all clean & comfortable for sleep over. The staff are all nice and they can talk in English so you don't have to worry asking them to assist you or give you advise where to go best during your stay in Vietnam.

Really good located hotel in Ho Chi Minh! You can walk to all points of interest of the city. Really close to good restaurants and bars. The room we had was good no big no small with a balcony. The breakfast was good they cook for you eggs etc. Highly recommended.

Extremely bad experience with the staff. It was almost impossible to communicate, the english was extremely poor, and they wanted to change me double than what I already booked and paid. Finally, I called the manager and told him that I already paid and I was not going to pay again, that that was a scam. The manager said then that it was a mistake and it was fully paid. I was discussing this for 30 minutes. The room was ok and the breakfast delicious, but the first experience and scam attempt… ruined the whole hotel experience.
