Staffs are very accommodating. Always smiling. Room is cleaning everyday. Easy access to restaurants, shopping malls and accessible for DIY city tour. Breakfast is also very good specially the staffs. We'll definitely recommend Ace Hotel Ben Thanh.

Hate their service so much! We initially booked in ACE hotel (their partner hotel), but there was an awful smell from the bathroom. We called the receptionist and offered to have us transferred to another room or to Adora Hotel. As we were tired from our flights, my friends and I chose to just transfer to another room first and get transferred to Adora the next day. We have a tour the next day that will pick us up at 7:45am, so we asked the receptionist regarding our luggage. She told us that they will wait for us to come back from our tour and get us transferred to Adora together with our luggages. When we came back from the tour, our luggage was already transferred to Adora contrary to what they told us. They moved our stuff without our knowledge. When we got to the hotel, I saw my luggage, which I just bought the week before, with a lot of scratches. I went down to Adora’s front desk to inform them, but they keep on denying it when two of the movers are from their hotel. It was very upsetting because they keep on telling lies and keep on changing their statements. The front desk told me that they will change my luggage, but when I talked to the manager, all they could offer is a late check out that we actually don’t need at all. She offered me to check out at 4pm or 5pm, but when I came down to speak with her again, she changed it again to 3pm or 4pm.

I loved the super friendly staff. So close to the markets and great eating places. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends looking to stay in Ho Chi Minh.

It's our first time to travel to Saigon. I've read that District 1 is a very good location and Ace Hotel Ben Thanh came out of the choices. This hotel offers value for money. Please take note that this is not a 5 star luxury hotel, but still I find it complete and very comfortable to stay in. We've stayed in a Double Room with City View. Both bathroom and bedroom were spacious. Bed was very comfortable with the comforter. Water heater is available and the shower is relaxing. Having both a hand held shower and rain shower offers a very good bath. There is also bidet. Wifi and airconditioning unit were well functioning. Room also offers black out curtains, which I really look for in a hotel. Electric kettle and hair dryer were also available. ROOM AMENITIES ARE WONDERFUL! Location is also great. It's just 1 block away from Ben Thanh Market. Food Street Park is just around the corner. Convenience stores, coffee shops, restaurants and spas are all very near the hotel. Our stay was perfect!

Horrible hotel. I arrived at 6pm after confirming one day before when I will arrive. First sentence, sorry Sir we don't have your room. Do you want to upgrade? I said no and then he told me ok you will get 1 day a bigger room then you have to move. I accepted but thought oh man why are you overbooking your hotel and why do I have to move on the next day into another room. Rooms are also very small and bad. Breakfast is a joke. Take another hotel there are plenty and I would suggest to go 4 Stars in Vietnam to get a Thai / Europe standard.

Its a nice hotel in the middle of the city, near ben thanh market and other tourist spots. The receptionist will always greet you with a smile and are very helpful. The server in the cafeteria though was not that friendly. Bed, towels and sheets are all clean, complete set of toiletries and a warm shower.

Very good hotel with nice air conditioned rooms and clean and tidy on suite bathrooms. After three separate visits in the last 8 monts I'm delighted with service and very helpful staff. ACE is well placed within tour booking services, Bien Than Markets, Saigon Centre with Takashimaya Department Store, many restaurants and the famous Street Food Market just around the corner as well as few good coffes. For the relaxing time after day's activities, I recomend a body massage in the basement of the hotel. Also next door there is a very good man's taylor. ACE is also well positioned in relation to key places of interest whete you can venture by foot.

Cockroaches in the hotel, stuffy rooms.

Good location, but there are cockroaches in the bathroom, breakfast is very poor.

Nice small hotel. Good location and very friendly staff which is super helpful. Wifi works very good (stayied on floor 4). Breakfast is super delicious and for those, that are not so much into rice, they had western choices too.

Clean and a good location.

This hotel is such a wonderful 1st experience they are so nice! They always clean your room on time and provide with anything you need! Will always come here when I'm back for vacation. I would give them 10 stars but they only have 5 :)

We were very pleasantly surprised with ACE Hotel. Our room was quiet, clean and contemporary. Looked like a pretty fresh remodel. The bathroom was very nice… all tiled with a nice big shower that, unlike many Asian hotels, doesn't leave you walking around in puddles all over the floor after you clean up. A/C looked new and kept the room nice and cool. Two bottles of complementary water, hot water kettle, and two packs of Caphe Sua for the coffee (packet) lover. There's a quaint little breakfast kitchen on the 9th floor — two very sweet ladies running it. Breakfast is from 7-10am (decent hours). I recommend getting there at 7 so your not rubbing too many elbows with the limited space. My girlfriend and I got there at 7 and had about 15 minutes all to ourselves before folks started pouring in. Breakfast is basic (rotated every day, so the menu varies a bit). Lt'll get you going and it has a nice view of the city. I've been to zillions of hotels all over Asia, some good and some not so much. This was been one of my more positive experiences, so we fully recommend ACE Hotel.

A good place for a budget hotel. Much better than my expectations. Nice bed, nice and clean toilet. Very convenient to go around the city. Good job.

The single room has window to (noisy) street and PC with Internet connection. Everything else was of pretty good quality hough a little expensive for Vietnam but it's Hochimin…
