One of the worst possible hotel that I ever saw in my life. Horrible staff… Very uncourteous. It seems all they are interested is, in the wallet of customers without taking care of the needs. Very pushy staff. Hotel itself have crampy rooms and no air circulation. I will never ever go back there again.

Massage was awesome at spa facility. Has drinks and fruits as refreshments.

We checked out after being there for an hour. We were totally okay with how old the hotel was because you get what you pay for. However friendly customer service can be accomplished free of charge. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with the front desk when we asked for simple directions to the spa, servers being rude, very loud staff with stuff everywhere while they setup for a wedding. I understand business must be done but it can be done politely. We ended up checking out immediately without causing a problem at the front desk and even paid 500k VND or $20 USD for the hour we were there. We immediately booked an Airbnb down the road for less price but with amazing customer service, great location, solid Wi-Fi and even free washer dryers in District 1. So my advice is to avoid this hotel and go with a solid Airbnb.

Was there to use the dry and wet dream rooms. Very relaxing.

Its a dump. You get what you pay for.

Good Sauna and Steam-Bath with beautiful masseurs.

Convenient place, good service. Spacious room, yummy buffet breakfast, but furniture is rather old.

Good location in district 1

While the Dainam has what I think is a good location for getting around most touristy areas of Saigon the hotel itself was pretty ordinary. We were booked in as part of our tour so we entered sight unseen. The room we were given was dirty and smokers had been in residence. We requested a change which was accommodated to a room which had been repainted and new air con. Breakfast was included orange soda and Pepsi was served up as juice? and in a land full of fruit only bananas were the selection both mornings. Won't be going back.
