The resort is good but English language was an issue. Catba being such an amazing island and the resort but the staff couple not understand English.
This resort is a total disaster. The employee is very rude and unprofessional. The overall quality (the room and service) is nowhere near the price customers are charged with. There are also concerns for hygiene and thefts. This is a no-go for both foreign visitors as well as natives.

Small, dirty room and naughty staffs. It is too old for this resort. The price is up on the Air. They offered us price for 2 adults with a child under 12 year old of 2, 9 million per week night and 3, 5 million per weekend night but when we pay they charge all. Even a child under 5 year old, they charge 150, 000VND for a meal. The surcharge is also expensive. We are not happy anything at all to stay here. We booked 9 rooms with 36 person. Their surcharge raise the room rate up to more than 5million Vietnam Dong a night. 1* vote.
