The perception of this hotel is acceptable but several issues penalize the general valuation. It all started well. We came in the morning, before the check-in hour and they didn't have our room available so they provided us with a better room which was very kind of them. Later on, we decided to stay one more night. We were said to change the room (still fine as we didn't pay for the other room). And then, the problem started. Our new room was near all the AC machines (room 503). The noise was so loud that we coudn't sleep (not even in earplugs). The noise was high pitch, truly unbearable to stand. Hence, we called the reception, but they told us they coudn't do anything about It and they would fix it next day (when we were gone). Besides that, the staff didnt speak a good english, it was hard to communicate with them. Breakfast was not assorted but enough. Actually, it wasn't clear what was for breakfast. No Menú, no english verbal offer either. All in all, the relation service/price medium.
