The staff are fantastic. So very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They organised or Halong Bay trip and also our train trips after or stay with them. We enjoyed the cooking course in the Breakfast room at the Hotel. Taught by the restaurant staff. The location is also fantastic. We will stay here again when we come back to Hanoi.

A fantastic hotel in the middle of busy Hanoi. An extremely service minded staff that did not know what good they could do for us. The room was nice, clean and quiet. Tasteful breakfast at the top floor. Give the hotel top character.

We highly recomend this hotel for Europeans going to vietnam for the very first time. Very welcoming staff and very clean. Something to look forward after a day of sightseeing in hanoi. Well air-conditioned rooms and serve is awefull. They even accompanied us to the train station and let us took a shower at 9pm even if we checked out in the morning. No regrets at all. Hanoi wouldn't have been such a wonderful experience without this marvellous hotel.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay so much and had no regrets at all choosing to stay twice at this hotel. Location was very convenient to many nearby walking destinations. Breakfast spread was a ravishing delight. The warm service by the staff left many sweet memories in our hearts. We will miss our stay and the wonderful care and concern showed by the Marvellous team. Lizzie was especially wonderful taking great care of our individual needs and remembering our itinerary. She is definitely an asset to your organisation. Thanks a lot for the wonderful experience.

Hanoi Marvellous Hotel and Spa customer service was by far the best that we’ve ever experienced. The staff was exceptional and were extremely attentive to all of our needs. Excellent breakfast and massage services as well. We will definitely return the next time we are in Hanoi.

You should try at least one time in Hanoi! 1. Very convenient place and have a lot of room type to choose, near old quarter, Hoan kiem lake, also lot of famous attractions in this hotel. 2. The staff is super friendly, almost as your friend, they offer good quality services, and most of all the price is very worth it:) ) ) I already have some business trip in Hanoi, this hotel will not make you down :) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) 3. You should take this hotel into your list and seriously consider about it, Breakfast is fresh and many kinds, room offer fruit some type even provide free Wine, You will not be regret. The customer service of all the staff was impeccable! Nothing was too much or too little for them to do. Positioned well in old Hanoi with the room prices being very reasonable. A gem in the heart of the old quarter! We were blown away by the service we received at the Hanoi Marvellous Hotel & Spa. The best of anywhere I’ve ever experienced! The staff knew our names off by heart, nothing was too much for them and we were made to feel right at home. The rooms were perfectly designed, impeccably clean and thoughtfully appointed. The breakfast buffet was fantastic as was the lunch we had at their restaurant Oh, and the spa! What a treat. I could not fault this hotel if I tried. Almost want to go back to Vietnam just to stay here again!

Extremely helpfull and knowledgeable staff. We are very pleased with our stay at this hotel. Nice and very clean rooms, our rooms were cleaned twice daily. The breakfast buffet was really good. The best feature of the hotel was the staff; extremely helpful and knowledgeable. As I understand it. There is no other hotel with this owner/concept, however they are contemplating of expanding to Ho Chi Minh City. Please do!

A great hotel for non-Vietnam resort area. Service above all pobest, literally try all your desires to guess! But… even bearing in mind that the staff speaks English, they understand at best 50%) ), and will never overdo it, will nod and smile.

We stayed one night at Hanoi Marvellous Hotel for our honeymoon. It was our first night ever in Vietnam and Hanoi. We aren’t familiar with local accommodation standards, but this is by far the best hotel experience we ever had for this price range. The staff was extremely helpful and genuinely warm and welcoming. Room was good, very quiet compared to the busy and noisy streets. Very highly recommended.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Right in the heart of the old town, in a lively area.

Fantastic hotel in a very central location. The staff are the nicest and most helpful out of any hotel I've ever stayed at. We left for our flight before the restaurant opened for breakfast and they actually packed it for us to go. We had a tour of Cat Bah island and they contacted the tour company to ensure our pickup time. They also called us in the morning to wake us up so we wouldn't miss breakfast.

I am staying at another new hotel in the group, offering a discount roll that can be used at the group's spa and restaurant, so we dine at this group restaurant with classical décor. The restaurant offers a variety of package options, reasonable price, the service staff explained that the discount volume can only be used for dinner, but still intimate with the restaurant manager agreed to give us special discount volume concessions, the dishes are very exquisite, with traditional features, taste very delicious, it is worth vigorously recommended.

Our favourite hotel in Hanoi, we stayed 3 nights in 3 hotels, this one was the best because of the staff being so lovely, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing, they offered vegetarian pho, so this won't me over instantly — surprisingly difficult to get veggie pho, as a vegetarian, I'm just lucky I can speak Vietnamese, otherwise you spend a lot of time looking for options in Vietnam. I would 100% stay here again without hesitation!

Excellent hotel, truly outstanding service and they really made us feel welcome too. During our stay, the restaurant was shut but they agreed to make dinner for us if we agreed to eat it in the room anyway. Everyone was perpetually happy to go toward the out of their way to alter the budget. The price was particularly compelling, almost half that of other hotels of similar quality. Cheapest taxi service out there that almost matched Uber's prices. Would definitely attend again!

Nice hotel with amazing staff. The service is truly incredible. All the basics amenities and then a few more. Internet was reasonable, breakfast was good. Clean rooms. Even found our tour phone number To send us a bag we had left behind.

Good location. Walking distance to many famous places to visit. Super friendly staff, who does everything they can to please & make your stay as good as possible. Never experienced anything like this before in my whole life. 10 points Nice restaurant with lovely food & excellent service. Some of the rooms are a bit dark with no view though, but we were lucky this time.

Top Notch! This is an excellent hotel with fabulous attentive staff. Unfortunately we could only stay 1 night before we flew home, would love to have stayed longer. The rooms are very well appointed with superior finishings and furniture. The food was fantastic. They went the extra mile to setup our room for our anniversary which included rose petals, towel sculpture, ballons and a cake on arrival.

The best service we’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff are absolutely incredible and helpful in every possible way. They really treat you like a king. The location and amenities are wonderful too! Best hotel stay of our 3 wk trip through Southeast Asia! Also within a short walk from our favorite restaurant of the trip, called Highway 4.

Just stay there. The staff was the best! Super friendly and very considerate. Would have given them 5 stars had we not encounter problem with the shower. Still would recommend this hotel if staying at Hanoi. The breakfast was great too.

Highly recommended. Nice hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi. Only a ten minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. Excellent service and very courteous and attentive staff. Quality of breakfast good. Staff loves to arrange airport transfers, tours etc. For their guests. Great value for money!

We went here for dinner and to do a cooking class — both were brilliant! Great range of food, Vietnamese and western, all very well cooked and delicious. The cooking class was lots of fun and we loved the food we made!

Very nice hotel, which I would normally have rated 5 stars; strategically located in the old district of Hanoi. One major setback: reception staff is extremely pushy about trying to engage with you and on improving their on-line rankings. After a few days it is really very irritating. When you leave, their repeated requests to rank them favorable on TripAdvisor is downright embarrassing.

My rating here pertains to just the restaurant as I did not stayed with them. I stayed with their sister hotel Trendy and was given a voucher to dine at Marvellous restaurant. We went along with marketing plot and gave this place a try and boy, it was probably our best restaurant meal in Hanoi! The service was excellent and the food was above my expectations. We were attended by Ms Jillian who made sure every aspects of our dining needs were attended to and made us feel very welcome there. We returned another night one week later and received the warmest welcome from her again. As for food, you can't go wrong with their recommendations. We had beef in coconut, some beancurd dish and grilled pork (refer to my pictures) which were all very yummy!

Just reviewed this place on TripAdvisor also. We stayed there for 3 nights. Honestly the best service ever! We have stayed at a few highly rated hotels through our tour through Asia and this was the best. Shout out to Vu who was at the front desk and Chiem who was always at the front door with a warm smile. The tour guide operators I apologize for forgetting your names. So helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The old quarter of Hanoi was charming. I broke down a little bit when walking remembering when my dad had walked me through this neighborhood a little under 20 years ago on my first trip back to Vietnam since I was five. This is my second trip back and if I ever go back I would stay at this franchise for sure.

Very nice restaurant in the 6th floor. Good food, friendly staff, nice decoration, not cheap but not too expensive either.

This hotel is amazing! The people are extremely helpful and have ensured our stay so far has been a great one. They have made sure that we have knowledge of the area and where to go and what taxis etc to use as it is our first time to Vietnam. It is bam smack in the middle of everything and only a short walk to most places.
They have just opened up a new restaurant which has some amazing traditional Vietnamese food as well as great western food. I highly recommend the chicken Pho!
If you are ever in Vietnam come to this hotel you will not be disappointed.

Was moved here after the hotel I did book was full, part of a chain apparently. It's OK, basic breakfast and fairly modern amenities. Nothing special. There's nothing wrong with it either, it's OK but my experience of Hanoi in general was very low especially as the rest of Vietnam was so good. Just avoid Hanoi and you can't really go wrong.

We stayed there for 3 nights on 13, 18 and 21 Apr 2016. In between we went to Ha Qiang in the North and joined the Halong Bay cruise. A newly opened hotel that is centrally located, clean, beautiful, spacious, well appointed, have comforrtable beds, quiet in the room, key-card and has a spa. Very friendly and helpful staff who will attend to every assistance you need. They also provide airport transfer at affordable price and great car with comfortable ride. Room rate is inclusive of breakfast, which is excellent and come with fresh fruit and very good Vietnam coffee. Would definitely stay at this hotel the next time I visit Hanoi.

Hanoi Bliss hotel is really good hotel in Hanoi, just 5 minute to walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. Many good restaurants around the hotel. Room was large and comfortable with balcony, friendly staff. I will be back.

I had such a great experience here. The room is very nice and clean. The price is very good, The staffs are very friendly. They are willing to answer if you have any questions. They serve very good morning buffet which included with the hotel room. This hotel is located right at the center of the city. It's very convenience. Almost everything is around it. We could take a walk to the lake. They have food and coffee shop around the hotel as well. You will not regret by staying at this place.

Good hotel, good location.

Probably the best one for the price in the old quarter, very reasonable price. Very clean, staff was nice and quite helpful. Booked a deluxe room, room I got was not as advertised, old CRT TV and not really much of a view. I didn't make a fuss about it but I suspect if I did they would have accommodated me. Staff went out of their way to help guests. My room was gorgeous with all the hardwood everywhere. Wi-Fi was sometimes spotty but not too bad, satellite TV was nice with lots of English channels. Breakfast was great every morning. I'll be coming back here next time.

This is nice hotel in old quarter center of Hanoi, not far to the Cathedral and Hoan Kiem lake. Room is clean good timber furniture, I got kettle to make a free coffee in room, bath up, safety box, wife… Especially is the hotel staff are so nice and friendly. Good value, I pay 30$ with buffet breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to every one.
