Nice staff, moderate environment, reasonable pricing.

Great place to stay, puts right into the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The rooms are very clean, good A/Con, breakfast included, free Wi-Fi. The hotel staff are beautiful helped with sim cards for our Mobile phones. This is a great place to stay.

All most staffs were kind. Breakfast was good to me. My room had a little problem but they fixed as soon as possible. Location of the Hotel was good to move around Hanoi.

The hotel is okay, the price is reasonable but they have bugs in the hotel. We told them at the front desk but they did not believe us, so we took pictures. Not a place I would recommend or stay again. They even asked me not to write a review.

Very warm reception. Welcome drinks and good level of English from the staff! Room was very clean & shower impressive too. Great value for money / a nice treat for backpackers… 2 ATM straight over the road and a good variety of local street food and international cuisine restaurants in the immediate area!

Hospitality was awesome, beyond compare. The stay there was home away from home.

This hotel is VERY accommodating. The staff will arrange and book day trips, cruises, hiking, and the needed transportation to get to said places. A 5 Star continental breakfast that will make your mouth water. Great Wi-Fi, shower, water pressure, clean and strong English spoken. If you want to stay in Hanoi near the old quarter then look no further!

The location is good being in the center of Hanoi. The cleanliness, the food and everything was top notch and left me with nothing to complain about. All the staff were really helpful, they would go out of their way to make our lives comfortable and happy, especially Kathrine. I would like to thank her from the bottom of my heart, she helped us so much. All the staff were really professional and helpful. Super friendly staff. Helped us a lot even before we arrived in Vietnam. Rooms are clean and tidy. Bathroom is outdated. Overall very nice stay in a great area of Hanoi.

Great hotel for the price, shower was a little bit unkept and the hot water ran out more than once. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious!

Just had diner at Angelina (the Italian restaurant of the hotel) … I know I'm in Vietnam and should not expect the same quality as in Rome but what We had in our plate tonight barely qualifies as Italian food. Simply disgusting. The carbonara are drenched in salt with pieces of fat instead of spec and the whole mix is glued together by a sticky sauce. The veal Milanese looks like a truck rolled over. The music in the restaurant seems like right out of a bad club on a Mexican beach. The waiters barely have training. All this for a hefty price. Avoid!

It is a hotel boasting a long tradition. Chained systematic system and coping and hotel's unique identity are combined to create a very good hotel. Small interior goes well. However, the price of the room is too high compared to the city, and the food is not excellent. The cake is really delicious. The hotel's diverse souvenirs will open your wallet. It is a nice and beautiful hotel.

Absolutely brilliant! Awesome property, courteous staff, great service. Cant ask for more from a hotel. Staying at the old section of the hotel, built in 1901, we had a great time. High ceiling, lovely french windows, classic styled wooden furniture took you back in time!

Level of service by staff not up to standard. Compared to other hotels at this level around the world many of the staff here are not adequately trained. It is as if they've hired employees right off the street and given them no service instruction. Some of the employees' lack of ability to deliver even the a bare minimum level of service was shocking.

The hotel manager mr. Johnny & the restaurant staff miss Helen very helpful staff, the breakfast very nice. Around this hotel is convenience! Thanks all the helpful staff! Good Luck to you all!

A really good place to stay with children, have never met so friendly staff. We arrived late and they guided us to really good pho place. Cheap, good and the best!

I have stay here 3 times now. And would not go anywhere else. I brought my son here on my last trip, and he agreed with me, that this USA great place to stay. It's just like coming home. Kili, Susu, Luu, and the rest of the staff are fantastic. Best hotel in the Old Quarter. I or my son will return in Feb or March this year. I even have my room reserved for me, every time I stay there. Room 101. Please remember this Hung! Lol.

Excellent friendly staff always willing to help and brilliant location in terms of the hustle & bustle within the city. Rooms are also well presented and great staff who clean it for you each day. Definitely recommend this place and without doubt value for money.

Great hotel. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was something to look forward to every morning.

The hotel is great quality and price, the rooms are excellent (Without windows so as not to hear the street traffic and be quiet). The service is exceptional with a treatment very personal. Have to change currency. Have tour to Sapa which we hired and it was a pass. (Likely to have for other sites). In the room you leave tea, coffee and biscuits. Without a doubt I would return to the hotel in future visits.
