To whose with concert this hotel is not good. That because the smells Smoking is every where in the building hotel. With the Sign NO smoking.

Excellent service and staffs
My Wi-Fi experience was not so good though.
Important note: I saw many air conditioner holders are in bad shape, old and rust. They would be very dangerous if falling down!

Very accommodating hotel, stunning views.

Decent hotel with good views and good location. Had to change rooms as are door wasn't secure and could easily could be easily opened from the outside, got moved to the 12th floor which is just below the breakfast room. So woke early to chair's constantly sliding across the floor above us. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Just it seemed really noisy when I was staying here.

The place is medium, you get what you pay for. It’s definitely optimized for Chinese tourists. Spaghetti Bolognese and dumplings for breakfast. Not really western breakfast options available. The room is OK and clean, staff friendly and the location is also okay. Found no Wi-Fi Code anywhere in the room and a booklet tells you how to behave as a guest, not smearing stuff on the walls and save water plus electricity. On the same page there is the policy for staff telling them to cut the trees. I found it a bit weird. In total a ok medium place. Would not go there again.

Good place for a stopover. Near the beach, good breakfast, no restaurant, had a problem with our first room (bugs) but the next one was okay.

The room was clean and the hotel had there own motor bicycles to rent for a reasonable price. The fuel tank was next to empty and had to pay a local store twice the price for fuel. Food was not so great. The staff can improve on there friendlyness.

The hotel is very clean and well located on the beach side. A little less well located if you want to go in the heart of the city.
The rooms were spacious and very bright thanks to the large glazed bay.
One floor for the pool and one floor for the restaurant.
He advised us well for good restaurant.

I stayed in the delux room, super cheap for such a nice hotel. Staff were absolutely fantastic. The tour guide lady helped me book the next 11 days in Vietnam, all the way to my sa pa train tickets to a boat in ha long. The rooms are huge! And the view from the room was amazing! The hotel always has taxis outside, has a spa next door, and three restaurants within a minute walk. Would recommend!

30.12.17 — 02.01.18 (actually) : in advance the staff was very nice and accommodating, however there was a problem. In our dz were on the walls and ceilings small critters (maybe they were bed bugs, we don't know). We were shown and offered 2 more rooms, but with the same problem. Too bad because the hotel itself was good. We were able to check out without any problems and free of charge on the 30th 12th. Tip to the hotel: find the cause of the vermin, not just spray the lemon scent.

Very great Hotel. Friendly Staff around the clock. Rooms are quiet and clean. The Inside Pool have clean water and a great Seeing around the City and the Beach. Scooter rent at Hotel 180.000 VND (cheap and easy). Breakfast Buffet with Asian Area and a lot of Things to make Western People happy (Toast, Eggs, Sausage, Honey …). I want to come here again. Notice: Vietnam are great Country. Clean and safe.

The hotel is clean and all the staff spoke good English. Wi-Fi signal is strong throughout the hotel from room to lobby to pool… etc. This hotel is superb for business trip. I'll strongly recommend this hotel to anyone whom wants a great stay in Da Nang.

Room are big, clean and pretty. Receptionists are very nice. However, hotel is noisy and breakfast not good…

Nice hotel & good location. Its easy for my family to visit many place in beautiful beach city. : Dragon Bridge, City Center, Han market … Staffs are friendly, food is delicious, I'm feel really comfortable when stay here…

We only stayed one night here but it was very pleasant. The staff were really welcoming and pleasant. We had a room on 6th floor. All rooms have good views in either direction along the coast. The only room that has a terrace as in the picture above can be the apartment in the top floor. We also ate in the hotel in their ground floor restaurant. The food was good and at a good price. This hotel was good value for us and it was in a good location as we were only passing through. For some though it may be a bit out of town as you'd need a taxi to get to most places. Taxis are quite cheap though.
