Poor services, the receptionist was very unhelpful. We tried to ask for refund the booking. As we asked for a refund, he didn’t help at all, he also tried to get rip of us. His attitude was super annoying and I don’t feel welcomed from the hotel. If you looking for a good service, please don’t come. Not recommended at all!
Newly opened hotel but SORRY!
seems nice and new but no hot water to bath. They changed rooms for 3 times but still didn't work. The second room's air con was broken. Unprofessional and didn't feel welcome.
Key cards didn't work all the time, had to go to reception before going back to room.
They only said sorry and put a letter (with some bread, props ly from breakfast buffet) on the room table but didn't show their sincerity.
Paid more money but got less. They have to be well prepared before opening the hotel.

Great hotel with good price! Nice view, good service.
