We stood at the Melia Resort Danang and really enjoyed our stay. We got a very nice room upgrade. Rooms are quiet, nice & comfortable with dark curtains and a cosy bed. They have a lot of pools where you can enjoy quiet. A clean & green garden with awesome palm trees around makes it feels like you‘re in holidays. The gym is good & has sea view. From the receptionists, to breakfast service, to gardeners & security, everyone was super friendly and always helpful. The beach & see infront of the hotel is very nice. A Grab drive in the city, for example to Esco Beach restaurant is around 110000 dong and it takes 12 min (bcs they drive very slowly here but better than too fast). Wi-Fi is pretty ok for doing normal stuff & u can visit the famous Marple Mountains in 10 min by feet.
We need to add, that we stood there during 2 cases of Covid in Danang city were noticed, it means a lot of tourists cancelled their stay in all hotels in & around Da Nang, so we couldn’t use all facilities which the hotel normally has but especially during this difficult time we felt very welcome here and they tried to make our stay ver comfortable in a super friendly way! Thank you to the whole staff and all the best for the future! We would also come back in a normal season because it’s a great place to stay.

This is a real family friendly resort, nice and green vibe, beautiful beach… and so many big pool.

Complete brainless stupid unprofessional idiots are running this hotel, if even on a pre booking state of inquiry, when I asked about an availability and design of gym/spa related facilities these morons just told me to provide Phone number (! ) — for this general inquiry, and then "they will provide more details " — obvious sign to stay away from the hotel where such fools are in charge, screenshot is attached :

To travel I booked Melia Danang. However, because the corona spread to Danang, Danang was blocked, so I was forced to cancel my trip. In this situation, Melia Danang did not refund me the reserved hotel fee. I asked for a refund several times, but Melia Danang refused. I like not to use this hotel.

Quit a traditional Vietnamese/Asian style. Nice staff, nice food and lovely surrounds. About a 20 minute taxi to danang.

Meliá is beautiful, green and relaxing. Love the beach, the fine white sand and cool clear waters. We stayed at level where we can enjoy afternoon and evening treats. Meliá has 3 restaurants, we just settle our dinner there and room service was fast and delicious. All the staffs are friendly and helpful. I wish I could stay longer, will be back again.

I stayed at Melia Da Nang Resort Level Room for 4 nights with a 31 year old baby mother, husband, and 1 year old baby. Melia Da Nang Resort is a 4 star hotel. It was a fact that I knew. The level room was visited by providing a private service. I was not good at Vietnamese and English, but I chose it because I had many Koreans. The service was disappointing. The facility also fell short of expectations. Housekeeping is really the worst. I did not get the towels properly for 4 nights. Hand towels were not originally provided. On the last day, a hand towel was provided. Instead, there was no foot mat. The soap case disappeared from the second day. Soap was not provided from then on. Amenity is Molton Brown, from the third day Was not provided. Why? We offer private service as advertisement. It is not private service at all. The customer should ask by phone. On the fourth day housekeeping did not change the bed sheets. There was a little sand on the sheet. One bottle of water is provided on each side of the bed, two toilets, Two tables are provided, just one time 2 bottle on some days, 4 bottle on some days. On the third day, the coffee mug was not removed. Facilities are marble floors and beds are king beds. The air conditioner is adjusted with the remote control. It is a wall-mounted air conditioner that is often used at home. It does not work well. The air was damp and was assigned to the second floor, There is a smell of dampness on the bedding.

A good Value for money choice compare with other luxurious hotel, foods are nice worth more than its price. The outdoor buffet is great; seafood platter in the beach club is a must try. However, the spa is a really big disappointment. The therapist was a newbie, it's quite unbelievable to have such spa experience in a hotel.

Very relaxing hotel by the private and clean beach. The cons is the bathroom does not have any hooks or handle to hang my towel, that's really inconvenient for tourists who are not for honeymoon stay.

Good 4* hotel. Beautiful beach, pool, and various facilities. A bit far away from center of Da Nang, need to take taxis. Hotel has very good, friendly, professional staff. I am on Tet holiday and they even have a list prepared of restaurants with opening hours on Tet holidays that I have never seen in other hotels before.

Room was clean and breakfast was good. Staff was courteous and helpful. Too bad it was raining nonstop when we stayed there. Otherwise, I've got nothing but praise for the hotel and the staff.

Spending two night in here. The private swimming pool is good and the view is stunning. Having many types of breakfast food too.

This beachfront resort is ideal for vacations. Service is friendly and helpful. Rooms are well appointed for the holiday goer but lacks ironing facilities (available on request through housekeeping).

Nice hotel. Food is cheap and good taste. but there is no shop around. You have to take a taxi to go anywhere.

Just arrived yesterday to the resort after spending 4 days at the sunrise. Love the staff and the way they welcome us was super special. Huge shout out to Rose, she found out it was my dad's birthday she went out of her way to have a cake delivered to his room with card signed by all the staff. Pool bar have awesome staff and super helpful. Super happy with this location.

Great hotel! We had a "the level villa".
Excellent room. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Even the manager of the hotel tries to get in touch with everyone and is super helpful! Top beach location! The only shortcoming is the transfer times and prices of the shuttles to hoi an and da nang!
Where taxis in relation to everything else here are very expensive anyway!

We stayed 5 nights. It was very relaxing and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast each morning was fantastic. The only issues were, that the pool is about 150m from the main hotel and you obviously pay resort prices for drinks and food, but never fear, there are some cool little places surrounding the hotel to go if you are on a budget. We liked Hoa's Place on the adjacent side street. The cab fare to Danang / My Khe beach is about 200, 000 VND and to get to Hoi An it's about 300, 000 VND. Also, check out Ba Na Hills. We did a private tour, but it would be pretty simple and much cheaper to just catch taxis to wherever you needed to go.

The resort is beautiful and right on the beach. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful and the manager made a point to get to know everyone and make sure our stay was perfect. I would highly recommend it.

The location and beach are fine, but the hotel lacks ambience and soul! Villas are just fine, but the service is really really poor! Staff tries to compensate by being nice, but that is not enough for a Meliá.

Very nice and quiet Hotel directly on the sea. There are some Restaurants, some of them open only just, or yet to be opened. The prices are for Vietnam, but for Europeans OK. Overall, you realize that not everything runs around… little things.
