Love this hotel, especially their private beach, where you can see the sunrise everyday. At this beach everyone can take beautiful photographs because the beauty of itself. We stayed at the ocean view room, the room is big also the bathtub is big too. Watching sunrise on the bed is very comfortable and amazing. Pools are clean and good to swim, recommending the pool inside the fitness center if you want to swim freely without children playing around you. And take sauna or spa beside the pool.

Absolutely amazing. As we were checking out we couldn't think of a single thing that would improve this hotel. They've done a fantastic job with all aspects ranging from the staff and service, the grounds, restaurants and pools. Well done to all the Hyatt team!

Loved our stay here! wish we could have stayed more days here. The room is very big and quite, we are facing the kids swimming pool, but when we close the balcony door, we can't hear any noise. Hotel has many swimming pools, almost anywhere you see water, it's a swimming. Really good for kids to play in. Bed is big, mattress is comfortable. We borrowed a little cot for our 9months old baby, it's clean. We ordered some food in the room, the potion is big, the ribs are tasty, loved the salad. The lounge opens 2pm, not too much snacks but quite a selection of drinks. And the private area is very quite. I love the private beach, not like public beach, I barely see anyone, no crowd or kids scream. Overall I enjoyed my stay, i'd love to come back again in future.

The place of per se is beautiful, a classic giant resort. The problem is ' that the clientele is almost only of very noisy Asians and, for the very high price of stay, you will find much better in Danang.

Good place to stay. I am satisfied everything. I am staying Residence C, I love the sea view that I can see through the window. Club lounge member only swimming fool is very very good. The cabana is great. I ordered pine_coconut coktail. Oh~~ good good.

Extra ordinary, several restaurants, with a staff who takes good initiatives. Warm embiance.

Everything is very respectable nice and nice. It is a Pity that in English speaks not the most part of staff. The rest is lovely!

Nice environment with good service. Great pools for kids. The most important thing is that they offer delicious food. I enjoy dinner at the Beach House where they use local fresh seafood and also have good steak. Same for the complimentary breakfast / food at the Club, they are all tasty with good presentation.

Wonderful resort with great staff and good food. I don't' really know if I would choose Regency Club again, the value for money is too low and a proper breakfast its not included, which is definitely not good. If you want a really good breastfast you will have to pay an extra 25 dollar per day and per person.

Great property for family vacation and corporate events both. Huge property with multiple stay options. Kids can enjoy the huge pool and others has a smaller and quieter pool for them. Property is on the beach with private pathway a leading to the beach. Beach facing ground floor properties are the best to stay with a garden chair and sofa to laze around. Huge rooms with closet and bathroom with a huge bath tub with his and her section in the wash basin area. Overall great property to stay and enjoy your vacation.

Pros: — Impressive design. Hyatt Regency Danang is a really big compound accommodating most types guests (residences, hotel rooms, villas). — Extensive pool system with at least 4 or 5 public pools. — Pristine beach. — Spotlessly clean room. — Great food — Friendly staff with lovely beams. I felt very much welcome whenever I bumped into any staff member. Cons: — Slow check-in: Our rooms were not ready at 2 p. M so we had to wait until 4 p. M to be checked in. This was quite unacceptable for a five-star property. — Room condition: On the third day of our stay, the bathroom in one of our rooms was heavily leaking. Despite the fact that we got an upgrade to a two-bedroom apartment, it was still a discomfort when we were forced to move our room in the middle of the night (around 11:30 p. M. ). — Handling customer's request: We needed a late checkout due to our flight schedule. When my sister rang the Front Desk mentioning about our situation, the staff told her outright that we had to leave the room at noon as the hotel policy. She showed a lack of common sense because she/hotel management should have acknowledged the fact that we were kept out of our rooms upon our arrival thanks to their arrangement! There was no problem if the resort was in high occupancy and really needed our rooms but the way they responded to the guests could have been much better. Frankly to say, I was quite reluctant to make the overall rating.

Room is nice, location and quality of hotel is good, food was good, children's areas are good. So why not 5 stars? Because it never took less than 40 minutes to get served. Maybe Tet holiday? But then why not tell incoming guest?

Stayed a few nights at the Hyatt. The 3 bed residence suite ocean facing was absolutely beautiful. We woke up to sun and slept looking at the stars. We were on the highest floor so we could see the overall layout of the Hyatt and it's beautiful landscape. Friendly attentive staff and lovely breaky and dinner at the restaurants.

Great resort. Friendly staff, good level of English, very accommodating. Parts of the property are slightly showing age due to wear and tear. Restaurant and sauna needs a slight refresh. Facilities otherwise are good. Had a wonderful stay!

An outstanding property. Beautifully restrained architecture and design. Wonderful lounge and pool facilities at the Regency Club. Fantastic staff. (Ms. Ross the World of Hyatt Member contact is especially helpful and fantastic). I love this place! The only thing to note is that the hotel is a bit removed from the town so you need to hop in a taxi if you want more local options for restaurants and such. This is Vietnam, however, so this is very easy and very cheap to do.

This is truly a resort hotel. A short drive from the Danang Airport and Downtown area this hotel offers the most in relaxation scerenity. Even the basic rooms are spacious and well appointed. The beach area is the best as well as the coolness of the pools. The only problem is going outside the hotel to see things makes you feel bad that you don't stick around and relax some more. Best hotel in the area in my opinion.

OK hotel, great staff, nice beach and pools. Need more food choices — — limited menus, especially with in — room dining. Club evening food was poor. Rooms small, oddly configured (hard to find door handles) and overpriced. No places nearby — — have to eat in hotel. Will not stay here again. Again, a nice hotel, but manager needs to look at overall guest-oriented configuration and services.

Been here last month and haven't had a chance to write a review. The place is awesome the view is outstanding and room service is professional. What a experience I had and I will totally coming back next year.

Disappointed. My boyfriend and I had booked a room with ocean view but what we got was a tree view room. Also, we were assigned to the farthest block and it took 10-15 minutes to walk back. We didn't even stay in the room or the resort coz it was not nice. When we checked out, I asked the staff Thao Dang who was also the staff who help us checked in at the very beginning to charge our bills from the deposit and cancel the rest and she said ok, however, when we went back to the resort to take our luggages and asked for the receipt of deposit cancellation from another staff, full deposit cancelled which meant she charged us extra for the bills and didn't cancel the deposit when we checked out. Good thing is the Korean food of their room service is ok. This resort is far from city centre, every time we went out we took taxi which cost at least $150000. If you wish to visit the city centre, this should be out of your list.

I stayed in the executive suite and was blown away by the property and staff. Everyone on the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The location was excellent, the beach was never crowded and great for wading. My suite was very large and well furnished. I would definitely suggest staying here.

Very nice resort in Da Nang. The beach is endless and hardly anyone around. The rooms are very modern and well done. Staff is extremely friendly and will go out of their way to help you.

If you're looking for a beach get away, the Hyatt is an excellent choice. The beach water at the resort, farther south from the My Khe area, seems to be cleaner, but the beach swim area is narrow due to some pretty strong rips that occur to both sides of the flags. The food at the pool house is good, my favorite being the wagyu burger. The gym is the best I have been to in Vietnam, with modern equipment, and a shower, steam, jacuzzi, and cold pool facility unmatched. There are plenty of pools at the resort, but if you want to do laps, the one outside the gym is ideal. Multiple shuttle trips to and from Hoi An are provided daily.

The architecture is good. The apartment quality really amazed me. I had the 2 bed room Sea view and I was not disappointed. The breakfast is luxury and delicious. But the hospitality here is just normal. Staffs are not very welcoming though the service is still good. We had a small party at 11 and I request ice and they still serve us. Generally, not the best place in Danang but really worth staying.

4.5 stars We stayed here for 6 nights. Our stay was quite nice, but definitely pricey! On the initial day we got a pear which was great! And the next they gave us a mango which was the best one we've had all trip long. And then we got a dragon fruit, after that no more new fruits to try! Totaling 6 nights we figured we would get some fun new exotic fruits in our room but our wish was not fulfilled. We also had dinner at the green house one night. Don't bother w the club sandwich. The fries are good if not just a bit warm not piping hot. And the club itself had barely cooked bacon instead of crispy bacon. Husband was craving pizza so we got that as they have a cool wood fired grill and asked to add an egg On top! They didn't quite know what we meant, and being the Vietnamese speaker I am I got them to understand. (I'm 'viet kieu' born and bred in California and my first trip back to the motherland) That being said This was a. Pleasant stay with yummy breakfast each morning that changed with the different noodle soup dishes on the daily. Loved that. The patisserie was better w the baguettes and croissants some days better than others, and surprisingly didn't coincide with humidity. If you come hopefully you have access to their Regency club lounge. Because breakfast was bomb. Com here and definitely opt for the viet breakfast each day and not the western one. Venture out! They still make it a bit westernized.
