Very relaxing & picturesque place to spend time with family & friends. However, the food choices for breakfast is limited as compared to other hotels I’ve stayed with before. Hopefully they can add other choices. Overall, the attentiveness of the staffs, the facility & the overall hospitality, it is a highly recommended place. We’ll definitely go back here.

Understanding this is local 5 stars so I didn’t expect too much. However, I am so disappointed with the problem solving and communication skill of the staffs here. I am also working for a resort so I totally understand for operation problems which always occur due to personal mistakes or many other reasons which are out of the hotel’s control. The point is how they handle the situation and give an acceptable explanation/ apologize in a positive way to show your efforts to improve your level of service. I am not trying to lower your review point but letting you know that I don’t like your service and I will never come back. If you really care about your service, I am happy to share further. The facilities are okay, breakfast is poor. The staff are honest but really need to be trained in problem solving and communication skill.

Unconsciously here landed. Going to but never again. This company FLC is a major environmental zertörer. Google please before you book the holiday here. I want to do in the future.

Nice stay. Hotel is mainly aimed at vacationing families the room is designed in mind for this two separate bedrooms and 2 bathroom. Room amenities are nice, well appointed. Hotel is a bit old but the staff is willing but sometimes slow on the response. A few downsides during our stay if you're planning on dining in at the hotel (which you will have to do because the hotel is quite far from the city) best to call ahead and pick your meal ahead of time since when we came in it took nearly 40 mins to get our food out. Another is in room dining a bit slow and some items even advertised on the menu but are not served in the room. Hotel amenities are plentiful. Massive pool, private beach, jet ski hire, 3 bars… All rather decently priced. All in all the stay was nice but things can be improved. Do note that we came in the Tet holidays so it could be better during other times.

It is very nice hotel for resting and playing golf. The staff is very friendly and helpful. FLC is the best in town :) Everything in FLC seems perfect if there is good smell in the elevator instead and lotion filled. I will definitely stay again when getting back to Quy Nhon.

Nice location along beautiful beach with all rooms facing offshore. However this place is basically for local people. Only few staffs can speak English fluently and reluctant to showing friendly attitude including smile. Room was humid on floor so I had to keep turning on air conditioner all the time and interior is well for me looks bit cheapy. There're buggy service connecting conference building and golf club house. It took some time to call buggy and drivers couldn't speak any English and not that friendly at all.

Everything was okay except bad odor in the room and elevator. Found lots of starin on couches despite 5 stars Hotel. Breakfast was okay and staff were friendly.

This hotel super far from city. 2 times taxi fee can buy another domestic ticket. Flc Not look like a luxury hotel but look like high school feel. Staff are not aggressive to help. I call reception to prepare taxi in room then I walk to lobby. Finally, lobby staff let another guest to use taxi first.
