Recommended place in Vung Tau for family with kids. Convenient location with 200m to the beach and 5 mins walk to the center. Excellent service with warm hospitality.

I was on the 15th floor and I had the room with a beach view. I could see parts of the ocean and the Jesus statue. The Hotel is beautiful with a luxurious ambience. I'd definitely recommend staying here. I was given a free dessert for the Vietnamese holiday. This hotel is fairly cheap and it's about a 5 minute walk to the beach, and a 2 minute walk to the Lotte Mart (Mart with Cinemas, and restaurants). I'd definitely come back to this hotel.

Quite possibly the worst dining experience I’ve ever had in my life, on Christmas Day we showed up and after explicitly telling the hotel person by person what we would all like for food they got a lot of it wrong, the food was mostly inedible and freezing cold and for the free flow “wines and spirits” included red wine and red label, my friend had to ask for us all to receive normal spirits like they had promised by email. These spirits were then all placed on another table for us all serve ourselves. The staff were downright rude and for being the only table in the restaurant we received absolutely no attention even though there were a lot of staff available. For all this trouble and out Christmas Day dinner being completely ruined by the incompetence we received 5% off the 10% service charge, an all round awful experience.

We had a great stay at Malibu hotel. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room was very nice, clean, and spacious. The breakfast and entertainment facilities were great too. Will definitely come back next time.

I celebrated my wedding there. It is a luxury place, the staffs were friendly. The sale executive (Mrs. Phu) is a good sale person — she was very professional and took care of the customer. In my wedding, the foods were nice but some of the waiters were a little bit sluggish. However I and my husband want to say thank you to Malibu’s staffs. We are hoping Malibu hotel will continue to grow and always be the best event place in Vung Tau city.

The twin room is clean, comfortable, toilet is good design with all necessary equipments. But the room view is not good with the large construction yard in front of the windows and my room lost power at midnight and I have to call for help from staff. Staff is nice with smile. Swimming pool stay in floor 5 but a little small more than I thought. Buffet restaurant very large and the food is acceptable for a 4 star hotel. I also love the hall with many comfortable sofa.

It’s the first time probably the last time I stay here, very bad welcoming, our family including kids, eldest, and pregnant woman came here earlier than required check-in time, accepted the fact that we had to wait til required check-in time but the attitude and response of the receptionist here was too much below my expectation for such a 5 star hotel like this. Although we tried to explain why we want to check in early, he did not show such an empathy to our circumstance, just said “following our policy, you only can check in at 2pm”, if only he could deliver that message in a different and more empathetic way, then we would not be so disappointed with the very bad first impression. This totally ruined our holiday’s mood. Too bad!

Room is spacious. The location near the beach on foot, night market, and beach center. The breakfast is not so reasonable with 4-star hotel and the price here. Good swimming pool.

This is one of the best hotels we stayed in. Room was large with a sitting area with a couch. The room was very, very clean and modern. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. The lobby was nice and clean. Breakfast area was large. There were several kitchen staff members constantly monitoring the breakfast items. There was plenty for everyone. We definitely would stay at this hotel again.

Very good location, beach in walking distance. Near supermarket & outdoor playground for kids. A good choice for both business & family trip to Vung Tau.

This hotel is very good for our family. Service, room and the view is so good, but check in is a bit slow as so many guests are waiting but just only 4 counter is in service. Btw, we will stay here next time.

New hotel, built 2016. Breakfast meets 4 star standards. has a small kids room. Swimming pool in 3 separate piece, all small. Again small children ok. But adults not as comfy. Check in was not a breeeze. I was told by a trainee receptionist that I needed to book a second deluxe double for my 6 and 7 year old. Keep in mind before choosing this hotel I have considered many other hotels and the children policy is definitely a factor. I’ve read both on agoda and Malibu website over 6 years old is a charge of $120, 000 each for breakfast. After much confrontation and proof of where I saw these messages things was sorted out. we enjoy the fair 3 minutes away. OTW back my 7 year old had a sprain so we decided to grab dinner and rest in our hotel. Receptionist stopped and interrogated us. We had seafood fried rice and stir fried noodles. We were told we had to eat in lobby. I had to sign a waiver agreeing on fines of one million VND if room smelly like seafood by HOUSE KEEPING TIME. Many others were surrounding and no, I would not want to sit and have our dinner in front of them all now. Never in all the hotels and resorts I’ve ever stayed had I ever been interrogated on what food am I bringing back. Receptionist tones were definitely impolite. Overall great hotel. Great location. Beautiful and new. Great breakfast. Receptionist unprofessional at check in. Unprofessional with no warnings of specific strict rules on food in rooms. Checkout guy was not pleasant.

Room upgraded and late check out offerred. Near to the beach. Swimming pool is quite small. Breakfast time ends at 9h30 which is quite early.

Been here for a meeting. Warm welcome from the staff. The meeting room was Ball room B which is suitable for 40-60 people meeting with formal design. Coffee and cakes were all good and delicious. Highly recommended.

Clean room. Nice hotel staffs. Buffet acceptable. 2 things that I don't like are room window and swimming pool : windows cannot open make me unhappy, swimming pool for children is too small.

Lovely hotel. Sadly spa service wasnt available during our stay (Major disappointments because we came back because of its good spa service). Live music on Saturday but its quite average. Pool is not too big but sufficient. Breakfast was okay.

Excellent hotel with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Clean, modern and quite stylish. Also great views over the bay. If I ever stay in Vũng Tàu again I'll book again.

Modern with spacious rooms and nice pool. Very poor sound-proofing as you can hear the neighbour's TV very clearly, as well as corridor noise.
