The hotel cheats from the start: the currency exchange rates they use are absurd, and they steal your money. The hotel is very run down, the food is very expensive. The saddest thing of all is that they pay a pittance on the employees, and they treat them badly. NOT recommended at all.

When I want to relax with my husband is the indicated site. Quiet comfort good excellent care everything. Always I frequent, more than 8 years and is still in perfect condition.

Good location with a nice view. If you're driving, entering the hotel can be a little tricky since the entrance is in a very steep slope which in turn would make it rather tedious to walk. The actual entrance to the building, the lobby is at the top of the slope. The bellhop is always vigilant and ready to help you out of the car and with your baggage. The lobby is spacious and comfortable. Staff is one of the best you can find; super helpful and willing to fulfill any requests. Rooms seem dated for a 5 star hotel but they're quiet and really clean. Beds are extremely comfortable and there's always several pillows, which is always a good thing. Ask for a room with view to the sea. Food is top notch. The pool closes at 7 pm so keep that in mind. Facilities seem to be lacking aesthetic maintenance though everything works. There's even a tennis/squash court. They have a business center, a gym and a spa where you can get a massage. An all around nice hotel.

Excellent place to relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of the city, great food and first class attention.

It was a stay required, however I can say that it was very pleasant, the food although a limited menu when it came to lunch and dinner, I thought it was a good, the breakfast was really very good and varied, the facilities clean and in good condition, it sauna I liked, the pool did not make use of it, however appreciated it is clean, the restore the outdoors in with a waterfall every so often, it was felt very fresh and enjoyable especially in the late evening… Have a nice view from the room that struck me, the furniture of the reception room are very nice and of good taste… the care was very good by all the staff and above all I felt safe… I recommend Him … although I don't know your price so I can't comment on the price accordance.

Beautiful, good service BUT it is not a place to rest, too noisy, the other guests have loud music in the common areas and no one says anything. Usually we would go every year the first days of January but this year was fatal.

Saw two cockroaches in room, very scared don't like to see one in my luggage when I leave, rooms are old but clean other then roaches, pool is nice, only one restaurant where prices are very high but portion are very small, ordered seafood pasta, was not enough for one meal. Service is included in bill so waitresses waiteres are not too happy to serve you. Breakfast buffet is good but not included in room rent.

Excellent hotel to relax and escape the daily routine, everything works the spa, massages, sauna, hairdresser, gym, courts, swimming pool and they do not lack absolutely nothing, the attention is first. Very good food a little expensive, the super expensive corkage is preferable to buy a service of the rest Buenisimo. The rooms have iron, ironing board, fridge, safe, bathtub all in excellent neatness. I loved it!

I made the reservation since October 2017 and called 2 times, they told me the breakfast was included I no want surprises. Once here guess what? The room is not I'm booked for the pictures, the view is not at the ocean as requested and I have to pay for a simple standard breakfast, the view is at poor neighborhood back from the hotel the front desk attendants don't know what they're doing. $86 a night you can get 5 stars in the euro building including everything related, so here you pay $ 115 a I night for this, this hotel is overvalued, next time I'm going to other place.

The hotel and the food are OK. The location is ok but the barium is getting less and more. Situads about 20 minutes from the airport.

Beso value-price relationship in Vargas. Ample rooms. We got one with full ocean view. Very nice pool and great service at the restaurant. Breakfast is not included in the room price. Game room and gym are available.

Excellent attention. Good facilities. It has Wi-Fi and a restaurant with variety of food. The price is expensive but worth the money.

The only reason I am giving the hotel a lower star is due to the service on the restaurant. Room had a great view, was clean and comfortable. Customer services was great and staff was friendly. We order drinks and pina colada was delicious highly recommend this drink. We had lunch in one of the restaurants and the food was bland, portions were adequate but nothing special, the dish that I order was no longer available and they offer me another option, took the option and it was ok. The surprise came at the payment when we notice the charges for my plate was twice the cost of the initial selection, the option was not even on the menu and it was never mention, also we were charge for fork and nife… really.

Nowhere in all the hotels I've been to have treated me so well and so carefully. From the "Engineer" to the last of its workers make your stay perfect.

A good hotel, comfortable rooms and a good view. The best of the pool and the sunset.

Nice Hotel on Macuto Area. Not so good as it was the Old Macuto Sheraton but anyway very good for actual Venezuelan Standards.

Excellent everything, I had the opportunity to celebrate my birthday in the salon los Molinos and I found very good the attention of the Manager Mr. Carlos, Yose La Chica de Eventos, Mesoneros, etc. The pool ares very clean and very good care I recommend … The only thing I think I've had. And bathrooms lack remodeling…

37000 bolivar for one night, plus breakfast plus food considered toooooo much. Rooms normal, Internet not working at all times, and nothing close you have to use.

When you want to spend a different weekend and close to Caracas. This is a good choice.

Good choice to stay in the Guairá, but the hotel is a bit aged, offers swimming pool and restaurant. The rooms are OK.

A super nice, 5 stars to go on vacation with the family. Although it is quite expensive, it's well worth it. The experience is unmatched and the view is wonderful.

The environment is very good the pool is very nice to weigh that not has with umbrellas or awnings to protect is of the Sun. Attention is quite acceptable. Housekeeper service must be more demanding. Only placed us 3 towels when we stayed 4 people and even and when reported in reception. Only should want to be them best and effort is in be it. The rooms are comfortable but by it of the service of loves of keys are poorly maintained. But to repeat my accommodation in this hotel.
