"How to not run a hotel" would be the title of this review.
I regret to say the worst hotel experience in Uzbekistan and some of the worst one in the world.
The hotel itself looks having a good potential to be far better than the one it is at the moment.
First of all, I don't know how and why, they didn't manage to reserve me a shuttle taxi from the train station while all the other hotels in Uzbekistan did during my trip.
Even before my check in was completed they asked me if I wanted to cancel the booking from Booking website, and re-book directly with them so they can give me some discount, very unfair and unprofessional.
The room was quite huge and clean ok. But for three days there I didn't manage to get Wi-Fi connection in the room, the only think I should had been entitled for some real discount.
Breakfast "buffet" was quite minimal and very poor in taste.
Despite the good will of the staff, running a hotel in a professional way is a total different matter.
Not recommended.
It's a nice place, with a huge room and many space. Breakfast is good, with some variety. Employees are really nice, mainly Amir that was really kind and helped me in my stay. Hotel isn't near the center, however with Yandex or Yango you can get there fast and cheap.
The worst part is if you stay in the ground floor, prepare for the noise of arrival and departure of people/groups: there are some people that only know how to talk by screaming to the entire hotel!
I would stay again here :)

Very nice and comfortable accommodation, the guy who greeted us at the reception was very kind, the rooms are very neat and clean, the cleaning lady asks all the time if you are missing anything, they are very hospitable.
The reason for such a low rating is that they charged us the tourist tax, but it was written that it was included in the price, and that the breakfast on two days was very poor and had a poor selection.
