Even one star is too much. In my entire life, I have never encountered such a rude and mean owner and female employee. After checking the room rate following the reservation, I found it was much more expensive than on Agoda. When I told the female employee at the counter that I wanted to cancel and rebook through Agoda, she absolutely refused. We booked a four-person room for two people to stay comfortably, but before we even used the room, the male owner shouted at us like a scolding child, telling us to only use two beds and never to touch the other two. He did this twice… He refused card payments, insisting that the room fee must be paid in cash. When I said I didn't have cash, he told me to leave my passport and withdraw money. I needed to book an early train ticket for the next morning, so I offered to return my passport and withdraw the money on my way back, but he absolutely refused, saying he had to receive the money first… The female employee also had a truly disrespectful attitude toward guests.
