Nice home atmosphere. Cheap and in a convenient location. Drain of showers were blocked and rooms were a bit dump.

Stopped for one night in a double room. The room was spacious, clean, ensuit with a good pressure of hot water (for those who love showers). Breakfast is in credible and will fill you up pretty much for the whole day. Location is perfect for sightseeing, within few minutes of walking distance from Registan Square. The hosts are very helpful and kind. Definitely recommend the place!

Not much room for car (-s) parking, by very warm welcome with welcome drinks and fruits staff are very friendly and accommodating. Location of perfect and central to Registan. Breakfast offered at any convenient time. Outside the place there are shops etc. Room where we stayed had very small and smelling toilet and shower. It was very hot in there. But air cons worked ok inthe room.
