Very good location one minute walk from Lyabi-Hauz. It is a guesthouse with very few rooms but very clean, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, shampoo and gel…
The person at the reception doesn't know English but with the Google Translator we could understand each other perfectly and he was always attentive to what we needed. The breakfast was also very good.

Cosy little family run hotel. The location was amazing, 2 mins walk to the center (Lyabi Khause Square) but in a quite alley. Room was very clean, beds very comfortable, breakfast was basic, but quite good. There was no fridge in the room, but we could use the common fridge and microwave.
We borrowed their umbrella as it was very hot.
Our main contact was the lady who despite not being versed in any common language (english) was very hospitable and helpful.

This might just be the cleanest guesthouse in the world, certainly cleaner than my house. Breakfast is a feast every morning. Every inch of this serene place is lovingly cared for. Our host spends a large part of her day working actively looking after the guesthouse. Her hospitality and kindness transcends language.

Location: in the historical center at the very beginning of the walking route.
Nearby are restaurants at different prices, shops and even an alcohol market.
The rooms are different. We had 4 beds and lived in the 3rd.
Breakfast is too much to eat. Very plentiful and satisfying.
There is a patio where it's nice to sit in the evening.
Strange hostess or is she the manager. She cooked breakfast. A stern aunt who is difficult to contradict. You don’t want breakfast, but you finish it because “that’s how it’s supposed to be” (c) — quote.
She wanted money from us for water for the kettle, as well as for early check-in. We thought it would be more hospitable, but in the end they left the money with an extra charge.
In contrast to the aunt, there were young guys who stayed at the reception in the evening. They also allowed us to take water. Therefore, the water policy remained unclear. It’s better to buy in a store, because in Bukhara you can’t drink from the tap.

The guest house is located within walking distance from attractions, while on a quiet and peaceful street, turning from which you find yourself in an oriental fairy tale, moving from the Nodir-Divan-Begi madrasah you go further into history.
Breakfast was prepared by the hostess herself! And if you are used to having an all-inclusive breakfast, then it will probably not be enough for you. If you are used to having breakfast in Europe or in regular hotels with breakfast, then there will be a lot of food and it will be tasty, there was porridge, pancakes, cottage cheese, roll, scrambled eggs with sausage, cheese, butter, apples. There was a lot of breakfast for us and it was hearty and home-cooked.
We had a double room with a bathroom, the windows overlooked the courtyard of the house, there was also a designated smoking area, there was no smell and it was quiet.

We are the regular visitors to this place. Great location and service.

A small but very nice guest house. Rooms are newly renovated. Clean place. Simple but delicious breakfast. Hosts are very cooperative. Best part it that it is right in middle of all places to visit in Bukhara. Worth the price. Don't panic once you see the approach and entrance as it is a little in the street.
Simple loved it.
