Very good place to vacation. I go every summer since the day I inaugurated and I don't get tired. Excellent food, attention, pools and more.

Were there with our golf club and spent a wonderful time. Food very good. Rooms very clean. Staff very nice.

I did not stayed there, but I participated in an event. It's a very fancy place com very good security. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The facilities are very good, the pools and the attention too. The food and some wellness services are good but definitely not 5 star. As price and advertising indicate. Ideal for families with young children.

I did not visit it as far as its facilities, but the resort itself looks very cute. It is very nice hotel but they should renovate and thoroughly clean the facilities like the rooms. And when we had dinner the first night I saw a cockroach walking down the bar where the crockery was already clean.

Excellent Hotel, very good food, very well catered, 8 thermal pools with different temperature, special to go with family. You forget about your children as they have everything to entertain. Play 4, horses, boats, pool, metegol, golf, games. Etc. Highly recommended.

Nice food selection, very fresh. Nice thermal waters. Amenities are a bit lacking though, I would consider it a 4 star hotel rather than 5.

A place without equal.
A wonderful thermal paradise.  
We got to spend 10 days in the family. At the reception and had lists our keys (with proximity cards), signed the documentation and made the copy of my document in both our luggage was loaded in the classic cart and we put the bracelets identifying. Not only did they take our luggage to the rooms, but they also left our car parked in the guardacoches.  
We had requested rooms close to the swimming pools and the living room, to avoid the displacement of the older adults who accompanied us. The location was perfect and the view to the golf course. We assume that the music from the thermal pools would have bothered us.
We stayed in standard rooms, very spacious, bright and well equipped. They include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, mini bar, safety deposit box and bathrobes.
Amplisimos compartmentalized bathrooms with all the amenities of a very good hotel.
The maids did not work according to the rest of the resort, as much as one left the notice to make the room, I could go for breakfast and then have lunch to find when returning the room without doing.  
The service of breakfast, lunch and dinner was carried out in the dining room, with an excellent quality of products, fresh and tasty with a good variety of dishes, drinks with and without alcohol or natural juices of fruits.

Beautiful place surrounded by nature, very enjoyable all-excellent service.

Excellent! We went into the winter break with my family, we enjoyed the pool, the bikes and of course the excellent cuisine!

I went for three days, with a lot of effort for me to remain two. Arrive on the 30th of June to the middle of the day. I had requested a room for people with difficulty walking, because I had done a total knee replacement and I was recovering. I was assigned to the 140, you had to walk a lot to the dining room, when we finally arrive for lunch, I was not allowed to enter with a bicera to the glow. Then talk with the metre Eduardo who very kindly said that there was no impediment to the use. Go to the jacuzzi impossible, the only way in was by climbing 5 steps. The barbecue was served what he wanted, not what was asked for. Being a hotel so long I suggest to have 2 or 3 scooters to make more comfortable the stay or otherwise to inform that the company is dedicated to families with small children. To heat and I had to ask four times for air conditioning in the room, were scheduled in heating, happily I got fresh air. I must emphasize the friendliness and attention of the employee Nicolas concierge.
