It by no means has a 4-star service. Room for 4 people. We stayed in a room that would be a family suite and they put us in an additional room where you could hear all the conversation on the other side. The other host spent the whole night listening to music. The room had only 2 towels and the reservation was for 4, when I called to ask at reception we were informed that we would have to go down to get the other towels. Fridge with the door broken, there was neither water available in the room nor in the Hotel. We spent two days asking and the boy said he was coming but never arrived. The breakfast was very expensive for what they served. The fruits were not fresh and few options. Far for one 4 star hotel.

The attention of its employees, from the maintenance people to the managers, spacious and comfortable rooms, beautiful pool, the area the best. There I feel at home, I used to the Palladium eternally, and I am not one of those who give an opinion until I am sure of it.

Very good everything from the service provided to us to the attention of the hotel staff. The pool is beautiful, the night view is beautiful and is close to the beach and close to the shopping Montevideo 4 blocks is very nice and very welcoming. And the breakfast buffet very rich really.

The hotel is excellent. I was super super well taken care of. Great location. The rooms are very comfortable. The pool is a bit small but the view is worth it.

I liked the place, old stay next to the Hilton but to spend the night is a nice place. Very good breakfast and very friendly waiters in the dining room. Modest and accessible.

Really for a 4 star lets a lot of q desire. We paid for a room for four people and it was a room with a double bed, a cot! And the crib without sheets. It was dirty the room and cost us to bring us two more wipes when we were 4 and we had 2! The only positive thing is the breakfast and the reception!

Nice size room, bit noise from outside traffic, mini bar but nothing in it, breakfast great with ham an eggs, good relation service price room, location great just 3 blocks from Montevideo shopping and restaurants.

When I arrived at the hotel I notice that they had bike rental, without extra costs and after lunch I rent one to go to a ice cream shop near by (aprox. 2km). However, I was still near the hotel the bike broke down and the back wheel got stuck (almost causing me a fall) and I was not able to take the bike back to the hotel without actually carrying it. So I carryed it the bike until a place with more people, than I locked the bike in front a food truck and walked back to the hotel to inform what have happened. The shift manager was not there, so I spoke with him over the cellphone and he said that it mine responsibility and that the only thing the hotel could do is find a vehicle to pick up the bike, but I would have to pay it. I tryed to explain that it was not my fault, that the bike broke near the hotel and I could not have foreseen that this would have happen, but it didn't make a difference, so in the end I had to literally carry the bike for almost 700m back to the hotel.
Another bad point is the suite, it's quit old, the air conditioned doesn't cool the room and the bathroom doesn't have a box, only a curtain, that is too short and so when you take a shower the floor get fill with water.

Beautiful. Only stayed one night but very comfortable room. It smelled of coffee very nice. The hotel offers bikes for free with which we toured around the city. Very good customer service.

Very good hotel, in many respects. It is located one block from the beach, the shopping centre and the gastronomic area. Keep in mind that the values of the menu of the restaurants are related to the location of the same (high medium-high) returning to the hotel, breakfast is very good and varied (yoghurts, lemon-sliced water, orange, infusions, cold cuts, white bread toasts, black and integral, puddings, scones, chips, fruits, eggs, among others) we went out of season, so the pool was not enabled, but it looks cute and with good view, maybe not too big for the amount of apartments and also has a children's level.
The staff were very friendly and very attentive. The hotel's computers and bicycles can be used at no cost.
Highly recommended place, especially if you come in couple.

The event Service of the Palladium Business Hotel is very good. The room with capacity paran120 people has good amplification and lighting and there is a very good coffee service, lunch and reception. The terrace is ideal for a toast or reception and has a spectacular view towards the city. Highly recommended.

Good breakfast, comfortable rooms. Good care of the employees. Affordable prices, all in all. Half-informing depending on one to where to move, a lot of traffic in the area. Maybe I would like some welcome present from the hotel or infusions in the rooms.

The people of the place very friendly. But it's a 4 star and they don't have restrooms in the pool and you have to go to the room down the elevator dripping water. Carpets from both the room and the very deteriorated hallways with a strong smell of humidity.

Hotel very good location, meters from the Rambla, shopping and restaurants. The care is very good, the breakfast and the swimming pool also. The rooms are okay, bathrooms a little small and they lack an extractor. The negative aspect is that it does not have a parking space. They have a small garage but all the times that I stay have no place and in addition is charged, 20 dollars per night, a value superior to other hotels in the area.

Good service, clean, comfortable beds, close to the river. The pool is smallish, but pleasant and very beautiful. The breakfasts are good. The parking is paid separately.

It's beautiful. I've seen It only in photos and on a visit to Uruguay on the outside. I Wish I could stay there.

The hotel is price-based. It is mid-range, the attention is very good, breakfast is «Half hair», the quadruple room has everything only for two (you have to ask for eg. Towels and bring it fast) and is close to Montevideo Shopping and the port of diving. It is not near the center/Historic Places or beach that allows the bathroom so it is spent quite a bit by taxi.

Nice location and very friendly staff. Rooms clean. Rooftop pool small but clean and nice athmosphere with lounge music playing. No bar though at the pool. Across the street from the beach and Rambla. Possibility to loan bikes to have a bike stroll at Rambla. Close to big shopping mall (less than 10min walk. ) Safe neighbourhood.

The hotel has no parking and the area is dangerous to leave the car on the street. The last time I was at the hotel, they broke the window of a hotel passenger. It was my turn today. Unfortunately it will be the last time I hoepede send this hotel.

Pretty nice. Pity no bar out at top deck where pool it. Gym is adequate and rooms spacious. Breakfast buffet not the best. TV remote was also a pain.

It is a comfortable hotel especially with A1 quality in services. Reception and general staff are attentive and professional, I enjoyed your pool with a beautiful view of the city and the coastline and its gymnasium. Thank you friends again soon.
