Beautiful to enjoy with children and family. Suggested to attend in half the season or in summer. The heating in the nursery was broken. It's divine, but it wasn't conditioned. Paraca. Winter.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had some issues that they tried to fix the best way ever. The place is beautiful, many activities.

Great facilities. Very good place to stay with children. The lake is a great addition to have a beach near to the hotel. Breakfast was great. Nice swimming pool, the bar under the waterfall is great! We loved it.

A beautiful and spectacular place to rest and for the only thing I do not give the last star is because it would lack more cordiality and warmth for tourists after the rest as much as the facilities and the hotel very good.

Everything is designed to spend a very enjoyable, from the pools, the restaurant, the attentiveness of all the staff, very spacious rooms and with everything you need to feel very comfortable. Excellent place, every time I have golf tournament in Punta del Este I stay at the Hotel and remarkable the attention, and the great disposition of the staff. Very good.

The lagoon and the Woods make this hotel a privileged place. Peace reigns; The views are great. Facilities; Luxurious Very tasteful. The paintings of the galleries and of the rooms, of mainly national painters are of excellent artistic quality. I totally recommend it.

It is very quiet to go to rest with their rooms overlooking, the lagoon and others overlooking the tennis court. Recreational space, swimming pool outside in the. Garden and heated swimming pool. The staff was very helpful.

The hotel is BIG with lots of ACTIVITIES for KIDS, so it can get very LOUD and crowded from time to time. We were not able to enjoy the pool because of the amount of kids in it. I think is a very nice place to go with kids, but I would NOT recomend it for just adults. They offer free Wi-Fi and great view and landscape. Its far very far from the city so you would need a car for traveling. Also the staff is incredibly nice and POLITE. Personally I had a really BAD EXPERIENCE in my bed. The sheets had stains and on my first night, something started biting me. The bites seemed to be from flies, but Im not sure. We had to change the sheets in the middle of the night. The maids were polite and very concern with out problem, but in the morning, the administration personnel pay no attention to our problem and did nothing with it. They said it never happended and did not even apologize.

Maybe a bit expensive but nevertheless enjoyable facility. Good location near Punta del Este, Piriapolis and Minas. They should have economic promotions for stays out of season. Staff is very friendly and they are always offering help.

It has everything, spa, sauna, swimming pools, golf, Rincon Infaltin, place for events. Beach.

A beautiful common hotel high level museum place. Everything is excellent. They should extend the menu of food and wine. Ideal for families with small children and couples. Good value for money.

Hotel has a wide variety of services, though they are not always available or in good conditions. Kayaking wasn't available, tennis courts were in bad condition, massages were all booked and the outdoors pool was filled with dirt from the trees. The staff was very friendly and the room was nice and clean. Breakfast food was varied and plentiful but dinner food just very low-quality. The balconies don't have much of a separation, there's very little privacy. The lake view is very nice and the overall environment has a very native feeling. I would only recommend this place for families with kids, where they have a wide variety of things to do. Wouldn't recommend it for a relaxing time with friends or couples, not worth the price.

Very good hotel, the strong are the open spaces, with very well-kept vegetation, and many activities inside the hotel. Perfect for the family. The lagoon environment is very quiet and cute.

The hotel is runed down, the room carpet had staines on the carpet, the balcony was not clean, the curtains with holes, the minibar was not clean, the nuts and others were out of date, the restaurant was not clean, spider webb on chairs and table on the terrace, in general very dissaponting considering the cost per room. People at the front desk very polite and friendly. In general it is time to have an overall refurbishment which also should replacement if soft furniture, curtains, cushons, bed spread, black out curtains in rooms etc etc.

The amenities are amazing! Huge external pool, internal climate controlled pool, game room that includes: small arcade, pool table, hockey table, ping pong tables, cards. Also includes free access to 10 professional tennis courts, mini golf and much more. The installations seem a bit old, but are all in good conditions. Right in front of a very beautiful lake and very close to Punta del Este. Will definitely go again.
