The jacuzzi and the heated pool, the hotel is modern but the rooms inside are old. Very good breakfast and quiet area.

The staff were very nice and comfortable. Simple and clean. But the bad elevator, I got stuck with my husband 15min I almost died. Fortunately the elevator service came but they have to fix it.

Bathroom with mushrooms on the walls and corners. Dirty. Very small room with a smell of humidity. The attention is bad. The price was the same as other hotels of better category.

-Excellent location 300 MTS Playa MANSA 800 MTS Playa Brava. The staff were very helpful. Continental breakfast. Hygiene. Family atmosphere. Ooms comfortable and quiet to be able to rest! Highly recommended.

A nice little budget hotel. Good attention. It has a sauna and a heated and open pool.

Very nice hotel.
But very dissatisfied with the bad administration. I came out charging a crazy for a date modification which is fine, but I did not think the way to manage.
I would have been informed at the time of the Chek Inn the difference to pay and had the option to leave. But no, I was informed at the time of retirement and I had to borrow to pay them with a credit card.
In the end of the money I ended up paying I would have gone somewhere else definitely.

It is extraordinary the personal attention that is received. It certainly makes you forget anything else. Also very good the open and closed pools and the jacuzzi.

It is a budget hotel of good location. Breakfast is OK to be a budget hotel and considering it is in the middle of the east where the alternatives are little accessible in terms of prices I consider it to be fine. Now, if you are looking for a good hotel with good services I do not suggest and I recommend that you understand that Punta del Este is an expensive city in itself.

Not reconocemendable, lack of hygiene…

On December 30th I made a phone reservation, Lara second fortnight in February. The payment was going to make cash when you arrive at the hotel, but the same day I check my home Banking credit card and I figure: outstanding fees and the value of the reservation. Will I have already been charged? Not the option to cancel up to three days before?

Very good. With many comforts. Minibar. Jacuzzi. Good food and attention. Very friendly staff and very good location. We could move cheering towards the Brava or the command or the center in a few minutes.

Nice place and location, I had problems with air conditioning and the pool with roof was not enabled.

We went a year ago… The pool was impossible to use… it seemed that years ago do not wash the water tanks… went green… park without caring… smell of humidity in the hallways… breakfast Pobrisimo… rooms with antique furniture… appalling bath.
And to complete poor attention from the receptionist.

Excellent Hotel, they take care of all the details: good breakfast, good rooms with baths with good hot water and above all warmth in the attention of its owners.

Fantastic location, walking distance to the city center, playa mansa, playa brava, to the shopping mall. Super recommended.

Total scam. We went with my boyfriend and my daughter. And as we had paid here in BS as. When we arrived. We got a big surprise. We went into the room. With a smell of moisture. The wet and yellow towels. When we ask for q they will change them. I'm happy the girl changes Q towels are like this by the water Q comes out brown. Imaguine be my face. I was disgusted. We wanted to go over the bad weather and went to the pool closed. Bad chlorine smell. The breakfast was terrible. We stayed one day. Which made us eternal. Total scam.

This hotel is disgusting. It does not deserve the title of hotel, nor be in Punta del Este or Canasvieiras. Poorly preserved, dirty and his breakfast is of last … a shame for the hospitality.

We were with my husband and my daughter this weekend and was excellent the room the breakfast all attention impeccable highly recommended truth are a few geniuses.

If you go in season, you can use the swimming pool. If you are going out of season forget it! The rooms some have a musty smell… And the bathtubs with hydro-massage is not going well.

Good attention, good disposition, very helpful in the deal, promotional price. But. I Had the intention of staying in this hotel just for the option of a heated swimming pool in operation. Due to that I moved out of another hotel just for having promised that the heated pool was in service and that it was not so, I called by phone and asked specifically if they had a swimming pool with climate control and I emphasized that, yes. Upon arrival I checked it was not, they argued that they were with a little gas, the water was cooler than lukewarm. "can and should yield more".
