Excellent hotel with really friendly staff.
The food in the restaurant is excellent and we were well looked after by Mia and Alessandro.

I would certainly recommend the hotel. It has a modern feel and the rooms are clean and spacious with good amenities.

Corner rooms are huge, bed amazing and leather sofa comfortable, huge bathroom with large bath and huge shower.

We arrived last Tuesday and left last Friday. From the moment we got out of the taxi my mother and I were greeted by the door man Mark, who took in our cases. I felt like royalty.

This hotel has great location. It’s right on the Albert Dock and above the Beatles story.
It’s also 10 minute walk into the city.

I stayed at this hotel for my daughter’s birthday celebrations in Liverpool. We stayed on the docks due to the fabulous location near to some great bars and restaurants and famous landmarks.

Hotel is ok, but nothing special. Rooms were clean and fairly spacious. I didn't like having a toilet and bathroom separate. Also the "heating" was hit and miss.
Great city centre location though.

Great check in experience, given a room on floor 2. Our first night it was loud, lots of shouting from the street and buliding works opposite starting at 7am, not the hotels fault.

We loved being able to walk to our hotel from the train station. We had unknowingly booked our night without realizing it was Manchester United vs. Liverpool!

Great location for accessing the city centre. The room was clean and a great size. All the staff are friendly. Breakfast was lovely. A great selection of hot, cold, continental, cereals etc etc.

Great Starbucks experience. I come here regularly after swimming with my daughter. Noel and Jess are always very helpful and polite and they make a really nice Caramel Mac.

Stayed at the hotel. Came last year. Always enjoy this one. Great to see some familiar faces who remember me. Hotel manager Stephen welcomed me like and old friend.

Accessible location, nice restaurants in neighborhoods, great view. Unforgettable atmosphere and great hosts with amazing hospitality. You feel it like your own home.

Excellent in all aspects. No en — suite option. 1 bathroom per floor. Bathrobes provided, which is a nice touch. Bed & bedding were very comfortable. The house is beautifully decorated and clean.

First time staying at this hotel on both nights, 14/02/26 & 15/02/26, the service, hotel style, and service were great. We had no issues whatsoever.

Stayed here for one night for our Anniversary. Close to the docks but it's a little walk and was a little hard to spot the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay.

Excellent, very clean studio apartments, located close to several restaurants within easy walking distance. The city center is a ten-minute walk away. Quiet location.

Recently spent a week here with husband and kids to visit family in the area.

Surprisingly quiet for such a big caravan park. Restaurant spaceous and menu for all. Without a car we were able to travel and shop by bus.

Wonderful. Clean, dark, quiet modern rooms. Nice little pub next door for meals and drinks. Very welcoming and friendly staff.

Wow … there was no faffing about here! I had a fantastic welcome off Cathy and Sue and I was checked in really fast.

We booked this hotel at the very last minute and got an amazing deal, which was three times cheaper than it would’ve been the following week.

Tried this Hotel as had exhausted our past usual stops. We where very impressed with the hotel and the Queen sized beds. The food was great and staff very helpfull and friendly.

Top service from front of desk they allowed us to check in slightly early as the room was available. Little things like this make a difference.

Starting with arriving at the hotel, entrance is a sharp turn off the dual carriageway into a very big spaces out car park.

Having spent the weekend at this hotel, this is my observation of the hotel. First of all there is limited parking at the hotel, so parking is very hit and miss.

Yes, the hotel is a bit dated and could do with some TLC, but in it's heyday it would have been exquisite.

Very good! Had a 3 night experience in an Executive Suite on the 4th floor with a Breakfast included. Well equipped room with a lounge with TV, Coffee machine, fridge, sofa & chairs.

Stayed for 2 tribute nights Rod Stewart tribute and Elvis they were both excellent. The breakfast buffet was very good. Evening meal was very nice 😋
We had a 2for1 bar from 7pm until 10pm.

We had a great trip and stay at this hotel. Nice lady called Natalie in reception. We were on the third floor and all new carpet throughout. Lovely spacious family room.

Ended up here on a Mystery Bus trip. Lovely building. Staff were welcoming and helpful, rooms were clean. Evening meal was OK, nothing to write home about and the gravy was similar to dishwater.

A beautiful hotel in a lovely old building in a great location. It was very well maintained. The service was great.

Booked here last minute due to a bad experience with a previous hotel. The staff were amazing from the moment we arrived. Room was super clean, decent size and had an extremely comfy bed.
