Excellent hotel with really friendly staff.
The food in the restaurant is excellent and we were well looked after by Mia and Alessandro.

I would certainly recommend the hotel. It has a modern feel and the rooms are clean and spacious with good amenities.

Truly love this hotel, this was our third visit.
Corner rooms are huge, bed amazing and leather sofa comfortable, huge bathroom with large bath and huge shower.

Comfortable rooms and plenty of space. Very noisy heating/air-conditioning though.

We arrived last Tuesday and left last Friday. From the moment we got out of the taxi my mother and I were greeted by the door man Mark, who took in our cases. I felt like royalty.

This hotel has great location. It’s right on the Albert Dock and above the Beatles story.
It’s also 10 minute walk into the city.

I stayed at this hotel for my daughter’s birthday celebrations in Liverpool. We stayed on the docks due to the fabulous location near to some great bars and restaurants and famous landmarks.

Third time staying here with work, all I can say is the staff make this a brilliant place to stay, I found always helpful and cheerful in work from the reception to the bar and kitchen staff both

I recently stayed over and really enjoyed my stay.
The assistant manager (Sallie) was immensely Professional, friendly and helpful.
She is a credit to the hotel.
The cooked breakfast is also amazing.

Lovely clean room. Great that we had a fridge. Location was very central, near shops, bars and restaurants. Staff very friendly. Check in and check out smooth and quick.

We visited for Scouse afternoon tea as a gift. Unsure of what to expect it was a lovely surprise.

We loved being able to walk to our hotel from the train station. We had unknowingly booked our night without realizing it was Manchester United vs. Liverpool!

Great location for accessing the city centre. The room was clean and a great size. All the staff are friendly. Breakfast was lovely. A great selection of hot, cold, continental, cereals etc etc.

Really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful Aberley house. The place was very clean, the decor was beautiful and the games room was amazing.

First time staying at this hotel on both nights, 14/02/26 & 15/02/26, the service, hotel style, and service were great. We had no issues whatsoever.

We stayed here for a one-night couples' getaway and couldn't fault it for the price. The location is excellent, with everything in Liverpool city centre within easy walking distance.

We regularly use this site. We use it as a base to visit family. We are always really pleased with the standard of the accommodation. On our last visit we were in a brand new caravan.

We booked this hotel at the very last minute and got an amazing deal, which was three times cheaper than it would’ve been the following week.

Tried this Hotel as had exhausted our past usual stops. We where very impressed with the hotel and the Queen sized beds. The food was great and staff very helpfull and friendly.

Caroline was extremely nice, nice to have a chat with her! The property was very clean and very cozy and warm, the breakfast was amazing 10/10.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The parking was easy, gym and spa/pool were great for a hotel and the room was of a good size and well Airconed.

Having spent the weekend at this hotel, this is my observation of the hotel. First of all there is limited parking at the hotel, so parking is very hit and miss.

Yes, the hotel is a bit dated and could do with some TLC, but in it's heyday it would have been exquisite.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights (Dinner B&B) and overall I would say that the positives outweighed the negatives. We were very happy with the staff, who were friendly, polite and accommodating.

Ended up here on a Mystery Bus trip. Lovely building. Staff were welcoming and helpful, rooms were clean. Evening meal was OK, nothing to write home about and the gravy was similar to dishwater.

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfy with tea and coffee facilities. The food is good quality for the price. 2 for 1 drinks and good entertainment on the tribute weekend.

Stayed for 2 tribute nights Rod Stewart tribute and Elvis they were both excellent. The breakfast buffet was very good. Evening meal was very nice 😋

A beautiful hotel in a lovely old building in a great location. It was very well maintained. The service was great.

Booked here last minute due to a bad experience with a previous hotel. The staff were amazing from the moment we arrived. Room was super clean, decent size and had an extremely comfy bed.
