The hotel is not bad just because there are rooms with beautiful sea views. I was in a dirty room. The service is low, the food included in the price is so-so. The beach near the hotel is no, always filled with people, because it is accessible to everyone, and those who are in the hotel, and those who live in the village. Water and shore are not cleaned in any way.

Looks nice from the outside but the bed was not comfortable (old, hard, no box spring) and the sheets were itchy (probably from low quality washing powder). The room also smelled a little funny (like stagnant water) and there were tiny flies coming from… somewhere. The walls of the rooms are very thin and you will easily hear your neighbor. Also in my room only 1 of the 4 lights had a working bulb and there was no lamp for reading in bed. The receptionist was very sweet though and spoke sufficient English. Still, the hotel had a very limited beach and what it does have is surrounded by public beach which is constantly crowded. I would never recommend this place.

He was vacationing with a friend in the middle of August. At first they wanted to stay in the Pavlov House that is not far away, but it is good that called back here, learned the places — the administrator told us that there is 1 room. When we arrived — we were greeted right away and I saw that we had already been recorded as A reservation, although we said we would just go look, very cool that the receptionist immediately took care of our stay. On the money we came out a room for two with amenities for 1400 UAH per day. Comparing with the rest of the hotels of the rest in the hot season — the price is justified. In the yard parking lot painted who where stands (pictured can be seen). Panoramic windows in the rooms, there are TVs, no lamps, there is a refrigeration, air conditioning, shower stall, bidet, all at the highest level. Comfortable enclosures of 5 rooms on a ride of 2 rooms per floor. The price includes free breakfasts from 9 a. M. To 10 a. M. Very tasty cuisine. The beach is 10 meters from the enclosures. Near the beach there are entertaining catamarans, a tablet, a banana, a jet ski. The beaches are cleaned, the water in the morning is very clean until it is clouded. Beer near the hotel for bottling do not advise — the diet is very much water. Nearby there are several shops, the embankment. 5 minutes by car to McDonald's, 5 minutes to unermag. There are not many people on the beach. Locals go very little. I'm happy with the holiday.

Ощущение, что все отзывы — подставные здесь! Это жесть! Вокруг вонь, канализация стекает в море, черное от стоков море, водоросли и в море, и возле моря кучами, они разлагаются и воняет это все хуже общественного туалета. Просто нет слов, какой бардак! Отель бабосы рубает, а почистить море не хотят, чтобы людям хоть подойти можно. Не рекомендую, это нае****во на деньги, лучше съездить к бабушке в село! Больше никогда не приеду, это ужасно!

The hotel is good because it is very close to the sea, the rooms are good air con, the rooms themselves and the bathrooms are decent. However the sea itself is dirty and smelly, nearby sewage pipes. The places there are quiet and nice, only the sea is pumped.

Hotel Excelsior is located by the sea from the restaurant offers a beautiful view of the sea, very tasty dishes, hospitable staff who will serve you with a smile. I loved the rooms which are located in a new mission hotel with a panoramic view of the sea, it is simply the repose of the soul and spiritual indulgence.

Good service. Very clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was very cheap. It's a beautiful view. Good access to the sea, though it's dirty. Bathing only if out far away.

The conditions are good. Purely. But I'd like a fridge in every room. The sea is near the hotel. And not metaphorically. This is not the fault of the hotel.

Around the stench, sewage flows into the sea, the black sea with sewage, algae and the sea, and near the sea in heaps, they decompose and the smell is worse a public toilet. No words, what a mess! The hotel babosy Ruban and clean sea is not want people at least to come. Would not recommend this Nai****in money, it is better to go to the grandmother to village! Will never come, it's terrible!

Of the Pros:
The room was clean and comfortable.
The hotel is very comfortable. Beach on this beach is comfortable and cheap, 25 hryvnya a day.
There are days when a discotheque is noisy before the late night, but most often at night silence.
There's a lot of tables and shops in the yard.
-There are a lot of small shops in the radius of 500 meters, mostly groceries.
-There are a little more than a mile to the route, but they often go to Odessa, to the shopping Riviera, and to the shopping on the Bocharova, where there is a table tennis. The shopping drive is less than 15 minutes, and the taxi to the hotel is ~ 50uah.
* of the downside:
-Wi-Fi in the room was in a day, had to go out to the yard, to another access point.
-WC (toilet + shower) in the hallway, one in two rooms. Not bad, but sometimes you have to wait for a line or find free on other floors. The hot water is rarely finished (apparently the boiler is not coping).
No washing machine.
-A taxi from the center of Odessa to a hotel at the usual time about 100 Hryvnya, but in the evening and in special cases, it wants to be around 300 rag.
The hotel is very clean and the beach is very good. The 300, the water, the smell is terrible and the waters are wave, and it doesn't get to the hotel.

Located outside Odessa and quite secluded, you don't recognize it at first. Otherwise, everything was broadly ok.

Sits on the sand, cozy, chic look.

Overall not bad, everything is made cozy. But the place is not very, the water of the sea is constantly dirty, some times I saw rats.
