The hotel did not warn about the cancellation of the reservation (at the moment it is confirmed on the booking), after my personal call, I was able to get the information that the hotel is not ready to accept us. After my claims associated with the late notice cancellation policy (days before arrival), the Manager of the hotel, the conversation turned to rudeness, personal insults, threats and phrases aimed at inciting ethnic conflict. Your name and surname refused to name, having hung up. At the moment with my phone the phone does not pick up. Earlier did not face with such open disrespect and direct insult in the sphere of hotel services.
