Delicious, inexpensive food, large portions. Clean rooms, very cozy!

I don't recommend the conference service and restaurant of this hotel!
The hotel is cozy and has good staff.
But there is one fat BUT!
This is the manager — the restaurant manager (Olga if I'm not mistaken). The only person in the hotel who allowed himself not to answer my calls at 9 — 10 am on the day of the seminar (beginning which is at 10.30), who allows himself to shift his responsibilities to the client (we had to look for answers to their questions in the morning! ), to beshis and shout at their customers, placing "hands in their sides" in Ukrainian and proving with foam at the mouth that only "protects their enterprise". That's just the question: from whom?!
Misunderstandings due to the unprofessionalism of the manager, which arose during the organization and conduct of our seminar, led to the fact that we had to address the management of the hotel. Which was at the time of the departure (? ) We tried to get through, sent a text and received a reply that we should be contacted.
However, soon after a month, as no one has ever contacted … (! )
Everyone else we had to interact with — the hotel receptionist, the waiters — provided everything they needed and served well.

Addressed in early March — unfriendly administrator, two days could not make a score-menu for 30 people. Couldn't agree (the stated discount on DBirth on our holiday did not extend, although advertising hung)

It's cool! It's a cozy place! It's delicious!

Pretty decent for that price. If you need to spend the night on the road — it is the most. Out of town. Be quiet. Restaurant and pub are quite expensive for such a location. I haven't tried the kitchen, though. I just went in for a beer and a look at the football.

In order to stop overnight normally, no more. Value for money.

Polish cuisine just outside Kyiv and in the direction of Poland.

A great place to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Stayed here with friends and their kids. Kids have where to walk and run, parents have where to spend time in the evening (there is a good pub in the territory). The food in the restaurant was very good, especially the delicious desserts. The staff is polite. Will definitely come here again and recommend this complex to all friends)

Great place but "home" on the restaurant-Hamka. Moreover, she does not hesitate to start scandals.

Great place that my husband and I have become loved. The kitchen is above all praise, cozy, clean rooms and polite staff. Also want to separately mention the Polish pub. Everything is really done in the Polish style, very atomspherical. In general, this institution 5 stars) ) )

Lovely Polish themed hotel. On the main E40 road but has a nice garden with private little dining cabins. Extensive menu. Nice quiet rooms.

The wedding was celebrated at this restaurant, cozy atmosphere, despite the fact that the complex is located near the center of Kiev, all the guests really liked the kitchen, careful service and of course the nature of country-complex.

This spring we met at a birthday party at a friend's Krakow when rode thought — another eatery, but it was not there. Arbors on the street, very beautiful walls of tulles, tasty food and a fantastic atmosphere.
Thanks to all the staff of the restaurant for a memorable evening.

Krakow is a very handy set, you can have dinner and not have to go anywhere, just go to another building and book a room.

Stayed in winter. For that kind of money (small) chic. The only thing would be a bit warmer, and so all is fine and very accessible and pleasant stay in hotel rooms.
