It's hard to get. Stopped in winter, in the most drifts. No cleaning, no bus to the hotel… In some rooms it was warm, in others it is terribly cold. I liked the café: it is possible to have a full meal, to drink coffee, to order breakfast.

Was in the capital at work. Drew attention to this hotel because of its pleasant prices. There is a café in the area where you can have a tasty snack. It is also desirable to note that the hotel has a free shuttle to the Metro, which is convenient to reach. Recommend!

Very comfortable and clean rooms. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. The girls at the reception are friendly and always smiling. The breakfast was very fast. Next time it is necessary only to you, but already with the family.

We got in and there was drilling throughout the day. We came in from a rough train ride and expected to sleep but we couldn't.

Were in Hotel Nivki 31.01.2017 under the new year. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The territory is decorated with illumination, which is advantageously different from all that is in the area. In the morning you can order breakfast in your room, or turn on an electric kettle and drink tea or coffee. The only downside is that you have to take the bus to the Metro. If you stay for a short period of time, I recommend.

The room cost 460 UAH. For 2 persons No breakfast. Clean. Cozy. Free shuttle service to Vans Metro Nivki. Recommend.

Good quiet place, polite stuff.

Beautiful, modern. The elevator is not available and to the upper floors to carry things is not very high. The time of eviction is warned at the time of eviction.

A decent place to go for a business trip. It is not quite clear the purpose of the computer in the room that does not turn on. The shower gel and soap were mixed up in places, it was necessary to transfer the dispensers from the stall to the sink. The Service is happy, friendly staff, but the rooms are not very, the hotel was redone from the usual Khrushchev, and the complete set of rooms "economy" was from what was at hand, and the price is not economical-540 UAH for a double room-a room, with/one for two Rooms with a nearby single Komorkoj Know that for the same money you can rent a local hostel near the railway station with more comfortable conditions.

Standard double room cost 750 UAH. But he wasn't worth it! The room is dead, the bed is washed, cups in a raid, mini-bar-no, from cosmetics only the life soap! The color scheme of the room is bad! For this amount was calculated for more!
Breakfasts from 20 to 80 UAH friends said not bad (not hearty)!

Good but the prices are almost as central. But there is a huge modern park nearby, and the exhibition Center on the salute in two steps, 5.10 min. Walk.

Easy to travel by trolleybus.

This is obviously not the hotel of 3*. Reception spoke with us in ukranian, neither they tried to say something in russian (we had a russian interpreter) that was really frustrating. Location is good only if you go by your own car or travel by taxi, there is no any public transport nearby and the area is as far from touristic zone as it could be possible. There was no Wi-Fi in rooms eventough is was said that it should be, we were asked to go to reception to try to find some internet. The cleaning service was very bad — bathroom was dirty when we arrived and during 3 days the woman came only once to clean it after we asked to do so. In total, no adecuate service or any other good thing was found there.

Good location. But not for the picky people. There's quite a few negative things, but the price is worth it.

It is out in the middle of no where! They don't have an air port shuttle even though they said they did. However the staff was very nice!

Nice, pleasant hotel in a quiet area. We quickly placed, but our bikes have a question — where to put. Eventually found a room on the ground floor, where the day was a repair, and at night it was possible to leave the bike locked up.

Again we at hotel Nivki. This tradition can only be happy. Often travel throw me to the capital and choose it every time Nivki. There is always warmly welcomed by the staff, the service is good, conveniently, is where to eat and the prices are decent. The location is really a bit uncomfortable, but there is a bus to the subway.

Not ideal, but nice hotel 4/5 Those who say that the location is not bad I agree with You. The hotel has a free bus which goes about every metro station Nivki. If that 15 minutes can walk to metro. For the money a good option if you look for something cheaper only apartment with a bunch of people in the 1st room etc. In Other words so far the best option for the price and quality. The only advise to take the "Adnani Comfort room" instead of economy options.

Great hotel! Booking on booking a room in advance paid only UAH 248, with early entrance we took no money. The hotel is very nice, the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms your Wi-fi, soap and shampoo. Only noticed 2 minus: the location and the view from the window. Everything else is great :).

Last vremenem always stop in Nivki. In terms of price/service is the best choice. Clean, comfortable, Wi-Fi and a computer in the room just encouraging. The service is excellent, I would especially like to acknowledge the courtesy and professionalism of the girls at the reception. In addition, very tasty cooked. I recommend to all.

Stayed at the hotel many times, very cozy and comfortable, liked the attitude of the administration, always clean, the rooms are comfortable and meet the conditions of normal and relaxing stay, the room has everything you need, you can order Breakfast in your room, and you can make tea, coffee, a computer and the Internet. The ratio price-quality is very pleasing, good location, close to supermarkets and public transport, which was very handy when I was without a car. There is convenient Parking. Overall I liked it, I can recommend to stay.
