Staff in general very unwelcoming, no smiles, generic approach to guests. Plus I am originally from Ukraine and was very upset that nobody in the hotel spoke Ukrainian, only Russian with me. After I complained about the issue receptionist kept replying in Russian. Only one lady switched. I felt like I am in Moscow not Kyiv.
Hospitality is not only about nice furniture, it is about positive emotions too. Unfortunately in Radisson Blu Kyiv I got only nice bed and bathroom but not a welcoming emotional experience. Very upsetting stay.

A five-star hotel. We held a 2-day event and for the first time in Ukraine we received such a world-class service. Very happy!

The place is nice, the linen is perfect. The beds are comfortable. The plumbing is in excellent condition. The rooms are well-decorated. Very cozy. Staff are well-chosen. Cute, polite and helpful. The food is fresh and perfectly cooked. The menu is varied. The wine list is interesting. The only wish is a large gym, but the set of simulators is very monotonous, with an emphasis on cardio. And the choice of free weights is weak. I'm happy to live here.

Thank you for your interest and attention! I woke up at 8am from the loud noises of repairs. I tried to negotiate to postpone the repairs. But I was told that they could not help. It was horrible! Attitude to guests. Soviet, I'm sorry, I define it this way.

Nice hotel and excellent services. The hotel is in perfect location. The main city square is around one km from hotel. Most of tourist attractions of Kyiv are with in one kilometre distance. Metro station and golden gate are in walkable distance. Food here was good but can be improved. Breakfast quality should be improved otherwise I faced no issues at hotel. Large clean comfortable rooms. Fitness area was small but nice. Steam and sauna were also complementary and nice.

Good hotel in historical part of Kyiv, five minutes walk from TheGolden Gates. Also not far from embassies of many countries: Poland, Italy, Canada, Norway, Hungary, Denmark, Sweden and others. It is a historical building, refurbished and partly reconstructed some years ago, several floors were added. There are many nice cafes in the street next to the building.

Have not staid at the hotel but know the restaurant and bar well. Good food and great staff. Mille Miglia great for business meetings… at the bar the show the football!

Pleasant breakfasts for all tastes. But it became unclear why you can go to the stairs, and you can not go back? And so on several floors. I had to go to the first floor to get out.

Good location in the heart of ancient Kyivska Rus. Just near the Goldan gate. Bar is nice. Rooms are good.

Hotel management are ignoring for months requests to change hours of garbage truck taking away trash to late evening or early morning (they are coming 3:00 – 4:00 am). If this comment won’t help either I’ll start legal process against hotel. update May 27: dear Olga correct me if I’m wrong but garbage being taken not by municipal facilities but rather your private contractor known as “Обухов втор-ресурс” so you have full control over choosing time that will suit hours that you’ve mentioned above. So last time I kindly ask you to stick to rules of a city and fix this issue. I’m pretty sure you won’t need bad publicity and don’t wanna deal with legal stuff.

Systematically ignoring the complaints of residents of neighboring houses about the noise from the garbage truck at night! Six months to wake up at 4 am to the sound of a rattling metal is already a mess! Why do you think that your convenience is more expensive than the whole street sleep?

Прошу прощения! Хотел поставить 2 звезды, а получилась одна! Не обессудьте! Как-то в декабре мне довелось забирать гостью из этого милого местечка. Сильно порадовал профессионализм и отношение персонала к гостям.
При поселении всю сумму за нескольких человек заплатил один человек. В результате этого волюнтаризма мою гостью не хотели выпускать за порог (в аэропорт), мотивируя это тем, что она жила бесплатно и неплохо было бы ей таки заплатить. Как это, удивлялась гостья, платить ДВА раза-раз при поселении и раз при выезде? Неа, говорит тетя на рецепции! Вы еще "вааще" не платили! Когда это услышал, то не упал со стула только потому, что не сидел на нем!
После 20 минут препирательств, звонков в посольство и нежелания тетей (их было две или три) на рецепции поднять, пардон, тухис или включить хотя бы мозги, нам таки удалось успеть на самолет! Уррря!
I apologize! I wanted to put 2 stars, but it turned out one! Do not blame me! Somehow in December I happened to take a guest from this nice place. I was very pleased with the professionalism and attitude of the staff to the guests.
When settling the entire amount for several people paid one person. As a result of this voluntarism, my guest did not want to let me out of the doorway (to the airport), saying that she lived for free and it would have been nice to pay her. How is it, the guest was surprised, to pay TWICE times during the settlement and once at the exit? No, says aunt at the reception desk!

The house, like all Radisson Blu, is really good. The service is great, the rooms are well furnished and large enough.
However, the accommodation price is at least 50% overpriced in relation to the bid.

Great hotel with great staff. The food is very tasty. A colleague asked for Kefir, the waiter in the tortilla crashed, but found. The car can be placed under the hotel. But, it is better to do it in the morning till 8:30, then heavy traffic. The view is certainly not the best, but it is very narrow streets. Resume is the best place to stop for rest and hold rallies.

Decent internet speed. Centrally located. It's a little dated but clean.

Today was an event at the hotel, and after it was a dinner for guests. There was a lot of food left and the organizers asked to pack the food to the guests. And the waiters coped with the cheers: instead of meat all the cake and fruits were laid. Thank you very much and pleasant appetite. When organising events, be careful.

Located in the Old Town, high quality standard hotel. The staff and overall service are friendly and comfortable. Around you might find lots of places to eat outside, as well as sightseeings. Be aware that parking is usually overloaded, and the overall traffic is quite tense in that district.

The hotel has a corporate event. Well trained and courteous staff. The rooms are small, the view from the Windows is not a fountain. Very tasty food, most likely authorial, as tried absolutely new combinations of products and tastes. Also focused on healthy food, there was no baked bread and fat meat. Cramped. In the rooms there is an iron with a board, a kettle, tea accessories. The overall impression is pleasant.

Hotel with brilliant location, just few minutes walk to the main attractions of city center. Nearby Museum of darkness is must see spot. Amazing staff and best breakfasts in Kiev.

The hotel is old. Long time needs repair. Very limited in choosing a bar. And an expensive restaurant. Unnecessarily expensive. Although the food is normal. Nearby there are tastier and cheaper places.

The rooms are clean, the breakfast is very good. By European standards The hotel corresponds to 4 stars, but the interior looks a bit outdated. The windows in the rooms are dirty from the back side. Service staff is good, no problems, in the room brought additional items ordered by phone, within 30 minutes.
Overall, the impression was good, as for Kiev hotel, and smoothies and Frishi, which are served for breakfast, just immediately cheer up!

Once again, the Radisson Hotel in Kiev has provided a grand oasis. We stay here at least twice a year. The hotel is great.

The room I was given was large, and very comfortable. The reception desk spoke flawless English, and it's in a fairly central yet quiet part of town. The free internet, while limited to only one device, was excellent quality and very useful. The breakfast was extensive and very tasty. A good experience.

Would have given them five stars had they not told me that the room I had reserved was not available upon my arrival. They after some consternation, did find. A room and all has been fine since.
