Review of Bontiak Hotel 4*

Strange Hotel… Price-performance: So-so-la-La. Centrally located, yes that is so. It's clean, too. And our room was also not small. But… If you don't know where the hotel is, you have to look for… Taxi drivers all overwhelmed. Almost no signage. How about a detailed plan on the Web page and on the hotel placement portals? Cash payment without receipt (not asked, it is natural, later noticed, was so busy with counting the banknotes, no longer thought of it. Was probably too tired as a ' stressed ' tourist). At the beginning of February 2018, winter, outside it was cold. Unfortunately also in the room. A radiator (of a total of three) was cold. Wi-Fi was good. View minimal (actually not available, despite large windows). Breakfast: Never received the delivered what one wished (with crosses) and the evening before ordered. (Tip: Away better). We were two and with different orders. We have received only 50 percent of the ordered breakfast ingredients. On the first day still with coffee and tea, on the second day neither, nor. Nothing. Make use of your own kettle with instant coffee. (and the water of course not from the water pipe… Luckily still bought mineral water the evening before on the way…, would otherwise have become an expensive coffee and tea…) The mini-bar money (cash on the fridge) was bagged but nothing was replenished. Had to pay for the check-out again (! ) … (no proof… well, it also officially runs without receipt…). Probably won't stay here again. I'm really disappointed. Price/performance ratio is just not right. For this money there are better accommodations in Kiev.
