You know that saying Hilton has about “if any part of your stay was unsatisfactory then contains and we’ll make it right? ” In my recent stay at the Kyiv Hilton one thing was totally unsatisfactory. First the good stuff Great building, super food, friendly and knowledgeable staff and I got an awesome upgrade to a fantastic suite. So, what was unsatisfactory? My stay wasn’t NEARLY long enough!

Beautiful new hotel in a great location. We were greeted with a smile and the check in process was smooth. The rooms are very nicely appointed with high end cabinetry and finishes. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a huge selection. The pool / spa area has multiple saunas and a nice fitness center.

I'm a simple guy and I'm not too much of a bust.
I have enough bed for a perfect sleep and that the neighbors do not sing Leps songs very loudly.
But having been to the Hilton can not just silently leave.

From the first seconds, I have not really crossed the threshold of the hotel, but already feel like a prince of Monaco.
Not in one hotel in Ukraine, I have not seen that in the restroom for wiping hands used white towels, which you use once and immediately throw it in the basket.

My acquaintance with this place is restricted by 2 events here, "Sustainable growth" and "NBU research conference" and it's hardly to say anything bad about this place. Awesome service so as an atmosphere, you can find only the best events here. Unfortunately I'm not familiar with the prices, obviously they're high but definitely fair.

This hotel is top notch. Easily the best hotel I have stayed at in several years. Every single staff member that I have had contact with over the course of five days has been courteous, smiling, professional, and diligently working. The breakfast buffet is gigantic, well stocked with lots of high quality food, and the food prep staff is on top of it. The rooms are high tech with great views. There is an on site spa, pool, and larger than most workout room. This hotel is elegant, refreshing, comfortable, and worth every penny. The hotel is located right near the metro station if you are adventurous, or Uber will get you downtown for about $3.

The hotel is beautiful and the spa area is perfect! Pleased gym, ironing board with iron in the room.

One minus-to refuse to send their advertising to the electronic box is impossible. We could not help it even on the reception.

Not I bet, not the cheapest, but it was worth it.
Especially liked the pool with sauna, and how to treat guests-visitors-politely greeted, spent. Provided parking space.
The staff is helpful and most know English.
Of the minuses-strangely working Wi-Fi-come with reception in the room, and you are no longer in touch, until you enter through the browser specifying your room number and name) )

Chic Hotel, one of the best hotels not only in Kiev, but also in the whole Ukraine. Very beautiful building, both outside and inside. I have met several times in the Hilton Kyiv Lounge and only the best impressions remained. The staff is pleasant and responsive, always help to solve one or another issue within their competence (real professionals). If you plan your trip to Kiev and money for you do not matter, I strongly recommend to stop at this hotel and in any other!

Very cool, expensive hotel.
I was in my business, we rented a conference room.
It is always nice to be in an expensive atmosphere.
You always want to go back to that.
There is also a desire to be more frequent in such places.

The service is as good as other Hilton, the complimentary spa entry is welcome move especially during the winter season. You will get to enjoy the indoor heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days. Staffs are very helpful and kind and knowledgeable. Hotel room conditions are great and hotel is located at the city center and near metro station and park.

Great hotel of premium class. The hotel has excellent service. Beautiful interior, many famous people stay here. The décor in the hotel is made by a professional designer and the design is constantly updated. There is always plenty of security to provide guests with a carefree stay. Cafe with summer terrace, restaurant, all at its best.

So disappointed! Visited for a special event. Does coffee go bad. The staff is mediocre. Every single impolite or rude. I felt deceived. I love Hilton but will never come back to this one. Don't stay here!

Hilton it and in Africa Hilton. The highest standards of service are the lovely clean refurbished rooms. Concierge service which is ready for you to get a star from the sky. Large and spacious beautiful halls for events. Delicious food in restaurants. Good coffee.

Hilton is the Hilton. No recommendations are required. Only need money to rent a room.
Near the metro station "University" you can visit the Vladimir Cathedral of Kiev Patriarchate, botanical garden named after academician Fomin, walk along the Boulevard Taras Shevchenko.
If you need to spend the night and do not have enough money for the hotel Hilton-a little further down the Boulevard Shevchenko-Hotel Express. And on the street Pirogova-CITYHOTEL.
Where to eat? There are restaurants Avalon, MAFIA, McDonalds.
If you feel bad from a huge number of impressions-near the city Clinical Hospital № 18.
There are other worthy visits to the place in the city of Kiev…

Great restaurant, very friendly and welcoming staff, food is very tasty and also covers multiple different cuisines. Has a great bar and relax area if you want to try a desserts which are just wonderful by the way. Highly recommend to visit.

Good hotel, good staff. But, in the bar all paid and it is clear, near the bar there are chips and tea (tea, as you know always free) and for chips as it turned out to pay, but it is not written anywhere. Overall everything is just super! The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent.

AMAZING! Literally the best hotel we've ever stay in! All personal speaks english very good, very kind and always friendly. Breakfast is just incredible, so many healthy beautiful things. And as for us it was the most important reason: the hotel is pet friendly. Right in the heart of Kiev, defiantly recommend this place.

No doubt — the hotel is really good itself, yet, the management of it makes a horrible mistake of not caring about their employees. The hotel has broken Ukrainian law at least three times towards me: 1. I have been fired in one day, with no giving a chance for probation or whatsoever, and no compensation as well 2. The copy of my passport has been placed at the HR room as an example of how to write "according to the original" without any agreement from my side. a result of $200 monthly salary, the absence of responsibility and draconian rules towards employees Hilton Kyiv remains, from my point of view, the worst among 5*-hotels in Ukrainian capital. I am proud to realize that thanks to my advices and reviews Hilton Kyiv lost around $7000 dollars as I always convince my foreign friends not to choose this place while visiting Kyiv. I won't stop boycotting Hilton Kyiv until the moment I know: a) the management of Hilton Kyiv respectfully considers an increasing of wages for their employees. Shame on you, Hilton, to pay your guest service agent the half of the night rate per month! From my point of view, this is not a job, it is slavery. b) I'm not even waiting for the personal apologies anymore. Yet, when one of the guards was trying prohibiting me smoking at the smoking place on the hotel territory — that was just beyond of my understanding and patience.

Upscale hotel in the city center, near the park and university eponymous of the street (Taras Shevchenko, the great Ukrainian poet). Friendly and efficient staff. The hotel is still brand new, with all the latest (welcome! ) gadgets: very convenient and appreciated. Very good value for the money (compared to, say, Moscow).

An excellent place to stay. Very modern and no exceptions from Hilton quality. Hence it is a very new (3 years old) hotel, it is very modern face of Kiev.

It has wonderfully attentive staff and great accommodations and location near cultural sites. I also appreciated traditional Polish items on its menu.

Rest here until you're not-but to work in a beautiful and elegant Hilton had a chance. I want to say that the hotel is very decent, large, lots of flowers and greenery, beautiful interior, especially beautiful in the evening, lots of colorful lights, illumination, illumination. The staff are friendly and unobtrusive. The hotel was great, would recommend!

UPDATE**** To to some serious complaints from a dozens of ppl and probably having on mind actual situation in Kiev Hilton decided to re-book most of the reservation cancelled by Agoda (Mine exactly is re-booked with mistake but anyway. Due to this fact I can reccomend to avoid unserious booking engines like Agoda and book directly at the hotel site what is usally even cheaper. ***Previous*** This is sort of a joke not a hotel. They did make promo super sale for the reservation made via agoda, took money from the credit card and later on after more than a week canceled all reservations. I did made booking for six persons, due to the promo I did book a flights and now I have flight with no hotel. If this is a level of cutomer service at this place AVOID IT! Cancelling booking after reciving payment and sending a valid voucher makes your company unserious!
