Great quiet hotel, clean, cozy, new modern renovations and furniture, bathroom in perfect cleanliness, friendly staff. If you need a good transport interchange and a supermarket.

Very nice hotel with good price.

The rooms are small. The shower cabin asks for a replacement. The kitchen is terrible. Ordered pasta, such an impression that the spaghetti bought at a nearby store and the cheapest.

I want to talk about how we stayed at the hotel Viva in Kharkov. On the reception we were greeted politely, recaggibed on all requests and quickly identified us in the room as were the whole family with the kids. Of course, before I put the baby to sleep, I checked everything. Mattress and bed clean, no dust under the bed. Hot water all the time. All thought out for a comfortable stay.

I was in a business trip and stayed for a couple of days. Not a bad geography and a place for various events. Everything is excellent, starting from the underground parking, where politely spent and all showed. Very nice receptionists. The room has everything you need and even more. The insatiable maid is ready to bring all that is needed yet. Good breakfast. Beautiful view from the high floors. At a high level of service quite affordable prices.

Kharkov, city-students, Youth city, I thought so:). Hotel Viva, convenient location, room for Standart superior-very even good! There is a sofa, a large bed, a spacious bathroom, a refrigerator, a desk and a chair. Clean, warm, cozy! In the café the kitchen is delicious. Recommend!

Nice and clean place, spacious suites, friendly staff. The only downside is the lack of the elevator, which may matter for those carrying heavy suitcases when given a room on the 4th floor. Good value for money, bottom line.

In my opinion the hotel doesn't meet the price. A little bit old equipment in the room, doesn't have table for work (only small low coffee table), not a delicious dinner.

Excellent location near the Airport, good shuttle service — 10 minutes by car and you are in the city center, where the hotel itself is located. Staff speak English and do what they can to accommodate you. Room, Nicely Furnished and great central air conditioning system. Spacious bathroom, shower water pressure strong & powerful. Superb breakfast, with free drinks, is topical in the heat. Bar is well stocked, easy to spend the day. Near the point of exchange of currencies, banks, shops, cafes, bars. But I assure you of this heat (more than 30), you do not want to leave the room. It's cool and cozy here, everything is in the mini-bar, but what can not be easily ordered in the room.

I stayed in February and I'm still here :) ) Hotel is in excellent localization: close to the metro station, a lot of bars and restaurants. It was always very clean and warm, despite the fact that I visited Kharkiv in winter time. Staff was extremely helpful and had no problems with any requests, or even that we had come back so late, very kind and polite. Very neat and clean room. Bed was huge and comfortable. Breakfasts were brought to the room. Good Wi-Fi. A very pleasant experience overall, can warmly recommend and would stay here again myself.

After a long stay in Turkey, I arrived in Kharkov. Now, before the New Year was not easy to find a good hotel, but I was lucky. Pre-booked on the site — I come and have a room waiting for me. For the low price I received wonderful service. Hotel in the center, in a busy area. Room comfortable, clean, spacious. Large comfortable bed, nice linens. The staff were friendly and helpfol, they also spoke very good Englisch. Russian language I have not forgotten, but the hotel is a big plus! I want to thank the hotel for their warm welcome and comfortable accommodation. I advise everyone to this particular hotel.

Not a bad hotel. Lived here a couple of days and advise everyone here to stay and feel the high quality of service. Metro, bus and marshrutka in 5 minutes from the hotel. There is an ATM right in the hotel, and near a bunch of different stores and supermarkets. Located very close to the local market and a football stadium! Inside the hotel everything is bright, and the staff behave with consideration and respect. In General, try to stay, I think everyone will like it)

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the service at Viva. I want to Express my personal gratitude to the Manager of the hotel Anastasia for her understanding and friendliness, which helped to settle our cheerful guests. In the hotel spent the wedding night, friends have made us a favorite gift and ordered a wedding service. A congratulatory compliment from the hotel came in handy!

Cute hotel, stayed for the night. The street itself can and neprimečatel′naâ, but the subway a couple of steps. Everything was close and accurate. If anyone in Kharkiv from druzâk to ride will be sure to recommend.

"Viva" insistently recommended to me. Don't like change and for a long time, stayed in another hotel in Kharkov, but in August 2014 year circumstances so formed that had extra to book hotel for yourself and the members of the Conference and available rooms in a familiar place. Honestly, the reality surpassed my expectations. Cosy rooms, European-staff was very friendly and breakfast am I Pro-insanely delicious! It would be desirable to note, that the hotel "Viva" is not the cold official atmosphere that so often found in hotels. Recommend to everyone, and was itself naturally now dwell exclusively here.

I stayed in Hotel Viva with a daughter in early September. I say at once that in the hotel we got accidentally, since the reservation our hotel room was me busy and urgently had to find an alternative. My friend advised me to turn to Viva. We arrived at the hotel in the evening without a reservation, we were greeted warmly, lodged in a comfortable double room. In the hotel café, though so far and there is no children's menu, staff went to meet and has adapted baby food dishes that I am personally very happy. In General, a quiet and comfortable hotel, staff friendly and helpful. Many thanks to the staff for the excellent service and the Viva service.
