Terrible service, which fortunately for our family, came out early on.
Now it is not surprising why there are always free rooms.
As long as the owners lose money, the administration is rude to people.

Premium club is a family-run hotel, it is very welcoming guests, pleasant service staff.

We highly advise everyone on this beautiful hotel. Especially those with kids. Smart rooms, a chic heated pool, a game for children magical. The restaurant is gorgeous. The food is delicious and varied (we had a buffet for breakfast and dinner). Thank you to all the staff for their service and care.

The hotel rooms were fairly comfortable and clean. The biggest issue for us was one of safety. I woke up to find that there was no one at the front desk and that the security guard had locked the door and gone away. All guests were locked inside the building with no fire exit (other than through the windows). Though the security guard left his phone number taped to the door, unless guests were able to speak Ukrainian or Russian, there was no way to get out. I found this particularly disconcerting as may of the guests in the hotel had small children. The restaurant and gym both opened at 0900, which seemed unreasonably late. There was no option for getting coffee or tea before 0900 and the hotel staff would make no exception or offer any alternative. At each step of the way, the staff took a "take it or leave it" attitude.

And of course, the administration and all the staff Thank you! daily cleaning, clean sheets and towels every day, restocking soap supplies! We're in heaven! we recommend to all! With children or alone, travel or relaxation!

Relax in this hotel one fun! There was already 3 times (in summer and winter) and all times only positive emotions. The room is clean and tidy, breakfast on any taste, all fresh and delicious, and also a new coffee machine put ❤ ️. Also in the sauna and swimming pool, in one word satisfied and all recommend and hope to come more.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great staff-friendly, helpful, always in a good mood. The restaurant is just a fairy tale for gourmets and aesthetes and the prices are not zashkalnye as for a hotel of this class! Will definitely come here in the summer!

The hotel is quite pricey but very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant is also very pleasant. It should be noted, however, that the air conditioning in our room was not. In summer this can be a problem.

The interior is super, everything is compact, clean, neat, very gentle, pastel colors, nice to be in the room; The view from the balcony is sight. The room also has: many outlets, plasma, lights, mini fridge, kettle, teapot and cups-convenient to brew tea from local herbs, wine glasses, water and glass.
Minus: 1) I booked this hotel assuming a visit to the spa area but it did not work (2) The exterior: a bit far from the center but walking distance, taxi-60grn. ;
3) Slippers do not give out, not very comfortable, plum in a shower poorly descends.

When you check in the room had no toilet paper. Very weak Internet signal in the room. Two TV remotes and neither of them's not working. Hanging dirty curtains. Slippers, kettle, refrigerator, bathrobes — no! The lady at the reception, always with a sour face. The only good restaurant in the hotel, friendly waiters, good food. Looking forward to the departure.

Good rooms, but bar with cocktails is not always open, internet lagging, and pool is not that warm when it's raining.

A cozy place in Yaremcha, a convenient location. Polite staff, lovely kitchen (cook a low bow for duck leg with couscous) New furniture in the rooms, white bed. Rest with pleasure.
