Wasn't in the hotel room, I don't know how! I rate the conference room on the 2nd floor. Small, but decent enough, with relatively fresh repairs. It is well lit by daylight and artificial.

Great hotel.
The rooms are clean and have everything you need. White bed linen and towels. 2 bottles of water are included in the room rate. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast is a buffet with a good selection. The price of the most budget double room is 950 UAH. Fast Wi-Fi. A wonderful combination of price and quality.

Started my one day tour here. Cheap and tasty coffee after long trip on a car.

On the sign in the hotel is three stars and probably it is fair. Although it is probably the best hotel in Cherkassy, but it is not without the Izyyanov. What I can relate to the Cons: — The water is not hot enough, one day in general was "summer";
— There are no places for smoking, had to go to the street;
— There are only 14 channels in the TV, half of them are rubbish. This is certainly not the main thing, but there is nothing to look at.
Next I will not say that "minus", as in general was OK, but it is necessary to improve it (there is where, I have something to compare) : Daily cleaning and breakfast.
But this time I put the "four"-to live was normal, clean, quiet, staff friendly, attentive, rested well. Hope to listen to the comments and next time will be even better.

Modern, comfortable hotel. White bed linen and towels. The room is very warm. Pleasant bonus from the hotel in the form of two free bottles of water in the room. The Breakfast is delicious and varied. Breakfast at the weekend until 11:00, which is a pleasure for those who like to sleep longer. And even if you come to breakfast at the end of time hungry will not remain (full choice as in 9:00).

The service personnal and the location are really nice. However, please be aware that they charge for the complimentary water even it was marked clearly with a sticker. Even it is very small amount of money, it was not pleasant to explain the such fact at the reception.

Hotel building is One Star. Comfort is One Star. Management is One Star. Housekeeping staff is Four Star. Reception staff is Four Star. Fika staff is Five Star. Restaurant staff is 4 Star. Old building. Not soundproof — you hear everything clearly from the other rooms and from the hallways 24/7 — doors opening and closing, all conversations from everyone in the hallways, housekeeping walkie talkies. Construction and offices on the 4th floor is noisy, if you are in rooms on the 3rd floor. Currently, there is major hotel construction on street level stores under hotel rooms. Its very loud. Construction hours are from 9.00 am to 9 pm. Soon hotel restaurant is closing. They will open a bar in its place — right under the hotel rooms. The bar will stay open until 2am every night. The smoking area will be right outside the bar, in front of the hotel rooms. Soon, the noisy construction will begin to build the bar. Hotel breakfast will be served on 4th floor in a conference room. For all other meals you will have to go to other Cherkassy restaurants. Many teenage sports teams and children’s groups stay at this hotel. They are disruptive and run uncontrolled around the hotel at all hours. Hotel security has never taken any action. He just sits at reception playing games on his phone. This is a very noisy hotel on the main city street. High turnover of staff in all areas. Management not service oriented or problem solvers — they don’t like to be disturbed.

Nice hotel to stay — and possibly that's why it is quite hard to book the rooms here. The only problem is reception: it is very SLOOOOOOW. Be ready if you expect a quick check out.

If cherkassy, then only Optima … The best hotel in town. … But my recommendation to management would be a little more variety at the breakfast buffet. And the internet connection is not always stable. In itself, however, quite good for the star category.
