Great experience. Beautiful, quiet, lovely. The service is exceptional. The rooms are great and cozy. Everything is near perfect.

Cool place to stay, leisure swimming and spa services available with a water stream running through the hotel premisses giving that natural running water sound.

Wonderful experience! Service is excellent, food is very good and rooms are good for the price paid. Nothing to complain about except the breakfast buffet food was cold. Otherwise perfecto!

All I can say is that the hotel has everything you need for holiday. Every one should try their best to make it here.

Swimming Pool is dirty but the park they have is beautiful. Plus music on the pool on Sundays. The service is really slow.

And this is the most beautiful place in Eastern region if I haven't mistakenly. They have beauty green garden and swimming pool, nice dinner.

One of the best Hotels in Uganda, and to me the best in Mbale, period! If they change their TVs to LCDs, I would easily give them five stars. I always stay in the old wing and love this place so much. Clean, serene and quiet place to stay.

It was a nice weekend, treatment for the group however for now let's say you just need to be here for the BIG 5 TOURISM GROUP LTD organises the best time for you and more fun than anything else anywhere.

We enjoyed the warm meals served at the hotel restaurant. We stayed at the old wing and our rooms were clean and came with comfy beds hot/cold showers. The staff were friendly. The breakfast menu was wide from baked beans, cereals, fresh fruit juice to organic brewed coffee.

A five star hotel still holding old version TV sets. Has spring beds n but has beautiful scenery.

It's a home away from home stress free leave unbearable life in all Ugandan district and rest in mbale.

The security is good coz it's near the state lodge and a good view of wanale mountain.

The hotel is located in town yet it offers a serene atmosphere. It's big and we'll kept compound coupled with lovely management is made my stay here memorable.

LOVED IT Good place for luxury or high end tourists, quite expensive but worth it. The Sauna, Steam Bath, Swimming pool and food are my highlight. It recently was awarded a 5 star hotel status, be sure of quality, time, service and experience.

Was extremely delighted to be hosted at Mbale resort. I had known it when it was a small but cozy hotel. I was welcomed to a VIP treatment after the massive expansion. Well done and keep up the good services, ambiance and rooms.
