The location was perfect, and the personally were excellent right from the gate.

Fantastic hotel. Staff are excellent, friendly and always willing to help.
Food is great, especially the chicken satay and the beef sizzler. Clean, comfortable rooms.

The hotel also offers all services such as accommodation for it's customers at affordable prices.

I literally experienced good friends, good environment as well as comfortable rooms.

It was an amazing eco friendly experience with numerous birds and green vegetables and sounds of splashing water in the nearby wide river which has recently been built using Gabon stones.

The hotel is right at the main road. So it’s easy to pass if you are not actively searching for it. The staff were very helpful and accommodating especially the manager, Winnie.

Affordable, stylish and luxurious. I loved the setup of this space. Will definitely make it my home whenever I’m around Mbale :)

Quiet, cozy place with homely atmosphere. Great customer service. Thank you so much.

Very cute and comfortable little place with excellent food and service. Great value and they accepted payment by card. Was clean, safe, quiet and not far from city center.

Richy’s had exceptional service. The owner was very attentive, frequently checked in on us and was receptive to any questions or concerns we had. The rooms were clean and in order.

Richys is a wonderful little place to stay, Richy is so nice and always checked in on us during our stay. The breakfast was always very good and the service was overall great.

It's a cool place though very difficult to find especially because the entrance is hidden. But the rooms are lovely, clean, high class with hot water. There's some Wi-Fi network available.

Decent and comfortable place to stay while in Mbale. Quiet neighborhood close to the city centre. I got a room here at UGX 50, 000.

Clean, organized and serene environment with great service. I had a flat tire in the morning and the owner of the villas sorted it out for us for free. That melted my heart.
