I have been at vision for quit some time, but every time I book a room am told that I can't get late check out on complimentary basis even if its just for two oran hour, the TV sets in the room should just be removed because there is nothg to watch and requests are not always followed up, otherwise the staff are generally good. If nothg is improved int the future dont expect me back there.
Room is nice apart from the rooms facing the city which has a lot of noise, and the other issue is there Neva offer complimentary checkout even at anyone point, they need to improve on there service delivery and customer care to satisfy customer needs.
