Nesa Resort Kampala

No service is 100% good, because one person may receive the best and another bad service. However, each time I take my kids out to Nesa resort, I have never regrated! I don't why, maybe because I have my pay well planned out compared to when am alone or with friends. I love the menu for once, and the ice cream for 10k is amazing, a lot, enough.
The platters rang from 60k to 250k and they have helped me save a bunch. The options for toys and swimming wear, floaters, gaggles is available. It's a beautiful place for pictures and did you know that adults swim at 15k and can continue till 9pm? Hahaha am planning a night swimming outing with friends soooonnnn…

I have always gone since its in my neighborhood, am happy that whenever I go back there's something cute they've added highly recommended for a family day or daycation.

This place is a lovely spot for family outings. The gardens and grounds are spacious, and kids enjoy the dedicated children’s pool and playground equipment like swings and slides, which makes it great for family time. Guests also appreciate the pool and on-site restaurant in a relaxed setting.
One thing to note is that the music around the garden and pool area is sometimes played quite loudly, which can make it hard to hold a quiet conversation while seated outdoors. It may help if the resort considers setting aside a lower-volume area or a designated space for watching sports matches or football games, giving adults another option for entertainment while children play.

It was a good out door place to hang out with family. The pool was good and clean. I love clean spaces. Wash rooms were also clean. Variety of food. The pizza was a 10.

Some of the staff members are arrogant. One refused to give milk to my coffee. They need training to be polite. If client tells that they don’t want to order anything now, they have to give the space and be there upon call. Please install AC to the rooms. The room that we had Wi-Fi was poor. It didn’t connect all the stay. Outside the room it would work. Facilities are good but customer care makes most of the experience. The area where it’s located is peaceful though. Points about excellent massage.

Nesa Resort Kampala is located in Mbalwa as your coming from Kireka you turn off Namugongo road at Agenda stage to your right as you heading to Namugongo shrine.
It has ample parking space, nice room, quality service and in a quiet executive place. It has a washing bay for posh cars, a classic bar with a standard restaurant that works 24/7.
Nesa has a garden for pics, and group parties, a swimming pool that commodates all age with professional staffs.

Had a terrible experience at the washing bay. Parked for 3hrs and my car wasn't worked on. I was told it would be ready in 20mins! Wouldn't waste my time on the bay again.

The resort is located in Mbalwa off kireka kyaliwajala road turning off Agenda. It is serene with not so loud music facilitating conversation. It is child friendly with a swimming pool and a children's play area so good for the whole family. The service is good with polite waitresses that are always close by. The meals are well prepared and well served. The parking area is relatively small but you won't fail to get where to park. Overall I liked the place, enjoyed with friends and would recommend it.

The place is beautiful and is sole private place where one can go and chill in peace.

We were told break first times, but that was not adhered to. Failing to keep to time schedules affects a guests scheduled operations. Please kindly improve on that.

The place was so nice, very serene, the service was a little slow, the food was very amazing, I tried the stir fried pork, it was amazing, the pool was clean and the attendants were attentive towards the people st the pool area.

Still a new place, so it's still a nice well kept pool, the lockers need to be worked on in the dressing room. Maybe the music needs to be reduced a bit. Otherwise it's a potential hang out place.
