Amazing rooms.
The Voice and Vibes brunch was one of the best experiences from amazing decor, the best food and we were treated to a 5 course meal. Amazing Band and The best RnB Dj Anselm was the dj for the day.
I had the best experience there and I look forward to going there next month for my holiday.

Well, the place is so amazing especially the rooms. Mouline being the manager has given us the best welcome here. The staff especially Enock gave us 5 star service. The brunch at masheda is one no one should miss. Definitely will come back.

A vibrant, well-kept boutique hotel or private lodge which feels sprawling and professionally managed.
Here are a few observations about the vibe of this location:
The Atmosphere: The warm, golden lighting against the dark greenery creates a very inviting, upscale "safari-chic" or tropical resort vibe. It feels like the kind of place you’d go for a wedding reception or a corporate retreat.
Event Readiness: Banquet table set up in the courtyard and a white canopy tent, likely housing a DJ or catering station.
A clientele that appreciates comfort and security.
Landscaping: The grounds are meticulously manicured. I love the lit-up trees in the center and the stone pathways—it shows a lot of attention to detail in the property’s aesthetic.
Parking & Layout: The parking is organized well, though it looks like it’s nearing capacity. The architecture—with those circular, thatched-roof buildings—is typical of high-end lodges in East or Southern Africa.
Safety & Lighting: The area is brightly lit, which is a big plus for guest safety and nighttime navigation.
Overall Vibe: It strikes a nice balance between "modern luxury" and "natural escape. " It’s the sort of place that looks peaceful during the day but comes alive with a sophisticated energy at night.

The place it's astonishing, and l was so happy that even those some things that are not in place, are in progress.
I liked there location aswel.
Right now if it comes to the luxurious feel they are 5/5.

If you are there looking for a nice looking place. Very quiet, executive environment elegant rooms and cozy meals, masheda palms should be your destination. It's a nice place but however It was disappointing to me to get 2 drum sticks and a bowl of rice at 65, 000. It's a bit very expensive there and not a lot of food. I could personally eat 4 dishes at ago and that would be 260, 000 minus a drink.

We had a great time.
The ambience was great, service was timely and the food was mind blowing.

It was a fantastic experience the food was amazing and the services was so amazing I would really love to go back and we were even able to paint very well the food had a fresh taste and wonderful look the beds were so warm and soft and the staff were so welcoming if u would like to go for a fan, home away from home, calm and luxurious place Masheda Palms Resort is the right place.

Its an exquisite place for all functions, hide out from. Kampala for relaxation.

Very interesting place.
And has good and welcoming customer service.

Lovely well planned out resort. Very beautiful. A swimming pool would be a great addition.

It was overall a very terrible experience and not worth the money that we paid and didnt reach the standards advertised on their website. The customer service was generally very terrible with their manager having the worst attitude of all (she was very rude and treating us clients the way a school warden treats her students). If you are vegetarian please don't bother visiting this place at all. They are no vegetarian options in their terrible breakfast plus the serving spoons were all mixed with the meat spoons)
We got terrible food poisoning from their Christmas lunch due to that. Top of that the brunch was 85000 with no drink at all (which kind of greed is this)
All their meals were late and not enough for the guests they had over.

We have had a good time while at Masheda palms the place is amazing, however we noticed a few issues at the open bar, they are making juices at the open bar with loud noise which is very inconveniencing to the visitors. To make matters worse the waiter tested the juice with the spoon and continued to use it in the jag. The other one used his hands and picked a piece of melon 🍉 from the jag and eat it in front of the customers, very unprofessional behavior.

Dear management,
The place is nice but allow me to give my recommendation, both waiters and waitresses all deserve hospitality and hotel management training, I observed a very unprofessional behavior whereby 2 waitresses made a glass of mango juice and test using a spoon with their mouth.
Furthermore on this point, I don’t think it’s worth to make juice at the bar reception when customers are seeing.

This place is just all hype and no substance. The family Cottage we got was very basic, no living room area, dim lights in the bedrooms, the toilet in one of the rooms wasn't working well. Basically, it wasn't close to what is advertised on the website yet we paid the full fee. It should have been discounted considering it was missing alot of stuff. All the meals were late and they were constantly running out of food. If you have an underlying illness and you have to eat at specific times so you can take your medicine, you will be utterly disappointed. It's not worth the hype that it has on social media or even close to the experience painted on the website. Go there at your own risk.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Masheda Palm resort, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality, making me feel right at home.

Wow! The services are really unexceptional. Been there last weekend with my girlfriend but I can say that it was really a great experience. I had taken an amazing view photo to share here but unfortunately I lost it😭. The rooms are clean. Am sure I'll pass by next time😊
