It's a place with good accomodation and a very captivating view of the beautiful scenery around it.

It Is a very nice place, good accommodation ample space for parking.

The hotel was so beautiful and they have amassive services.

Hi everyone I stayed here from the 6th to 9th of February 2024 and it was total chaos!
Avoid this place like the plague!
Upon arrival, I paid the full amount for my accommodation and later they started demanding for more money and harassed me thoroughly.
When I realized that they are a bunch of fraudsters and requested my money back to leave they refused and harassed me some more!
Thereafter they claimed they have handed me over to Eika suites and this new team continued with harassing me to pay more money despite the money I had already paid!
There is a cartel of thieves in this place whose sole mission is to extort people and the owners need to be made aware of this!
Please good people… Kampala suites/ eika suites need to be stopped!

I had the privilege of staying at Kampala Suites for 2 months during my December-January vacation. During a time filled with political campaigns, covid and and end of year festivities including Christmas. I had to think a lot whether it was right to traveling as everyone canceled their trips but then it turned out to be the best decision I made.
The staff at the Suites were very welcome. I was ushered in close to midnight and next morning the gentleman came to guide me through some of the amenities.
I enjoyed the full house support where my laundry and dishes were all done for me. I felt like a prince of a sort.
The serene environment with green in my background was also incredibly great yet just stepping down to the base floor got me to Acacia Mall and all the great places.
I recommend Kampala Suites strongly at any time of the year.

I recently rented four rooms at Kampala Suites while passing through Kampala. It was a disaster. My wife and I shared a two bedroom apartment with another couple. The lights did not work in our bathroom. After waiting for an hour the attendant came, looked at it and said they would have to repair it the next day. I asked for a fan since it was very hot in the bedroom. He said he would be back in about 5 minutes. I never saw him again. Took a shower by flashlight. Discovered the next morning that all of our four rooms had some problem that wasn’t resolved. One couple had no towels. After requesting towels and waiting longer than an hour, they went to find help. They found the attendant asleep on a bench! The final straw was the noise. There is a night club in same development that played EXTREMELY loud music all night. My wife used noise canceling headphones to sleep. No one else in our group got any sleep. At 4:00 am I looked out the window. The club was completely dark but the music was still blaring. It finally shut off about 5:30 am. DO NOT waste a night of your life at this joke of a hotel.
