I stayed here from 21st to 27th November 2021 in a double exec room. Firstly while the room had a scenic view the noise from the bar below was too loud meaning I only got to relax peacefully after 2100 every night. secondly I made the mistake of signing a bill and then paying immediately. But was shocked when the same bill was presented to me on check out and was told that the waiters would never do such a thing. Therefore I must be lying right. I requested an iron at one point which never came. And the time I called for roomservice it rook so long I just ended up walking ro the restaurant and ordering myself.

Lovely place. Very serene and organic.

I'm so disappointed. I came to eat there and my water was still not served after one hour. My friends ice cream came totally melted. It was two scoops in an ice cream soup.
I ordered a vegetarian Pizza with Artichokes. The pizza came without Artichokes but minced Anchovies instead. When I asked what is this, it tastes like fish, they told me it's sun dried tomatoes. Crazy. I complained and it took so long for someone to come and get the wrong pizza. It again took really long to bring the pizza with the right toppings. By the time it arrived, my friend had to leave to another meeting. I took the Pizza home and the crust was so hard to bite. Total failure and poor customer Service. I really expected more out of this place, which has a beautiful view over the lake.

Good place cold food, taking too much time in delivering food.

It took me 30 minutes to get served even when the place was not busy. And it’s not the first time it’s happening to me at this place. The menu was finally brought and it was literally in pieces. The place used to have a great service but probably Management changed. Goes without saying that it’s still a cozy place with a great view.

Kampala forest is best resort I have ever seen in Kampala. Beautiful view, good food, good service, good ambiance n good place to relax n enjoy. Rooms r well maintained n neat… etc.

This has been my favorite place for a while (given that I live so close), the views are amazing
and it is so peaceful. But, my last few visits have been disappointing (eg food mediocre, arriving late,
not as described). Today, however, was the worst. After we sent back an undercooked/raw
tilapia and refused to pay for it (because of the delay). The management staff told the
armed guard not to let us leave. Seriously, with a long gun by his side he told us we were
not to leave. This place is now off my list and that of my guests.

The view, the food and the service.

Great food, nice view of the lake, cool breeze, nice music. If you do not like the smell of shisha though you should stay on the other side of the resort next to entrance where shisha is not often smoked… Equally still a nice place to seat.

This is one of the most cozy and laid back places in Muyenga. The music is of good taste. The seclusion that exposes you to different views depending on where you are seated. It's a good place to hang out with friends and family. P. S. If you like shisha, you're in luck!

Great views and ambiance… Food is fine… Service is a tad lacking and the service team needs some training… Parking is also a bit of a hustle as its limited so if the turn up is high then you'll struggle. Beware of house flies as well, management seems to be struggling with that.

Avoid! thieves work there. I ordered a couple of drinks and bill was 12k I handed over over a 50k note and a 2k note. I waited and nobody returned with my balance. A friend called me saying they were at the entrance so I went to meet them quickly. I returned seconds later still no balance and nobody approaching me I walked around trying to find the waitress but nowhere to be seen. At this point I had been waiting almost 20mins and it had had a boda waiting as I had had to be somewhere I gave up in the end and left realising the waitress had kept the money and disappeared. I wont be back that's for sure. Oh and I ordered a strong coffee and I received the weakest coffee I've drank in kampala. The management what will they do? Nothing maybe a sorry or maybe a stupid excuse. Please avoid this place plenty of better places to visit in the area.

Calm and ellegant with good views.

These people probably thought my money was the wrong colour. I walked in for a late lunch (in recommendation) and sat at the garden restaurant. The 3 waiters and barman did not even hate an eyelid, but continued with their animated conversation. 10 or so minutes to my sitting, I flagged a passing waitress and asked for service. She brought me the menu, talked to the chatter boxes and gestured towards me and went in her way. I read the menu, tried to flag the 3 chatter boxes who ignored me. I walked away after another 15 minutes of no attention. I know you won't miss my custom neither will I miss breathing your air!

I can't help but give a five star on this. Have been there and the place is all cool, the location is in a lone kinda place, there are numerous outdoor seating in different parts of the hotel, great selection of drinks from cocktails to shots and all other hard drinks and soft ones. The view of Lake Victoria is so beautiful, the place is romantic, friendly and kind waiters and waitresses and wow, the reception!. All at this place just made me love this area so much.

The tiniest 9usd lasagna ever which leaves you hungry. The risotto was undercooked and the pasta arrived without the rocket as per menu though they fixed the latter two issues.

It's a very serene place to relax after work and weekends.
Bar range good and viewing lake Victoria as you relax.

I loved the customer care, music and the green cool air environment Ops plus the free Wi-Fi those just keep me coming back from time to time…

With perfect leak view and good staff.

What am Ambience! So serene and laid back. And the trees!. Oh yes!
