Infinity Hotel Kampala

Everything is good but just bcs it doesn't have a pool.

The photos online did not match what my team experienced. They were given a dirty room with dirty sheets and this was not a last minute booking. We booked a month or so ahead of time. They did get a change of room but the service was very unprofessional. Please work on that.
The chef on the other hand did amazing. My team mentioned the food was delicious and very well seasoned. Kudos.

I am having a great time here, amazing staff and service, great food and breakfast. Room is clean and spacious, shower is hot and good, the Wi-Fi is also great. Would definitely come back.

My wife and I stayed at Infinity Hotel Kampala for 8 days and had a fantastic experience. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, which really made us feel at home.
The hotel has excellent amenities, including a nice swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. Saturday evenings are a highlight, with a lively and entertaining live band. The prices are reasonably affordable, offering great value for money.
They're currently upgrading the outdoor area, which shows their commitment to improving the guest experience. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around the city.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kampala!

A couple of observations after spending six nights in Infinity Hotel. The purpose of this post is not to criticise rather to share facts —
1 No AC in any guest rooms.
2 Internet extremely poor due to the way their internal Local area network is configured. The hotel tried to blame their ISP but that is not the case.
3 Rooms are not checked before being made available to guests. For Ex Room 2 which was allocated to me, 80% of the light bulbs in the sitting area, bedroom and bathroom were not working. No checking, no replacement.
4 Check the change the restaurant cashier returns — normally it is less than what the amount should be. Cashier inexperience or deliberate not sure.

I stayed at Infinity Hotel from March 14, 2025, to March 24, 2025. I had an amazing experience there! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The service was exceptional, making my stay truly enjoyable.
The hotel was immaculate, with a high level of cleanliness maintained throughout—from the rooms to the common areas. I also felt very safe during my stay, as the hotel had excellent security measures in place.
Overall, I highly recommend Infinity Hotel to anyone visiting Uganda. Great service, cleanliness, and safety all in one place!
