Holiday Express Hotel Kampala

I stayed at Holiday Express Hotel in Kampala and had a solid experience overall. The location is strong, right on Luwum Street, close to shops and transport. It made getting around easy. The room was clean and functional. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi stayed stable. The breakfast had enough variety to start the day without fuss. Staff at reception and in the restaurant were polite and responded quickly when I asked for help. The building is older and you can hear traffic noise during busy hours. Some areas feel dated, so it might not match a luxury hotel. This place offers good value if you want a simple, central base in Kampala. I would stay here again with clear expectations.

They. Have good toilets and the place is ever clean.

The rooms have cockroaches.
The food is largely Ethiopian, try offering food from other people, places.

Holiday express Hotel is a home away from home. Their staffs are very friendly. You can't believe a hotel in the middle of town has got very clean and quiet rooms. The jym attendant is also friendly and skilled in what he does.

This property is located in the middle of Kampala right next to the Fresh Foods Market and the Indian temples but not far away from the main Kampala Road. When you stay here you'll be close to most of Kampala tourist attractions but at the same time is accuses to government offices Ministries and corporate offices. Call ahead to be guided on how to drive through to this property. Rooms are clean and well maintained, you will find elevator access plus free parking area.

Next to Nakasero market with garbage stench reaching the hotel.

Fair hotel but a bit squeezed in the heart of Kampala and staff needs more training especially at reception.

The worst hotel ever very poor service ،maintenance, bad location, no air conditioning.
I will not advise any one book in this hotel.

Value for money. Very friendly staff. Good location.

Worthy staying in, affordable with a whole city view.

The service providers were welcoming, the food was delicious and the location was easy to find. I can't wait to come back.

Located in a busy street. Though accommodation and food is good. Recommend for meetings and meals. Good and variety of food provided.

Holiday express hotel is centrally and strategically located in the heart of Kampala city on Luwum street. It has fairer customer care and ample parking space.

The hotel is nice the room rates are so welcoming ($40/night). It's located near to Kampala's taxi stand a very busy and crowded place I recommend walks in the evening due to the population during the day. The room service are top notch and so friendly!

Great facility in the city center. Good rooms, neatly kept. Easily accessible, secure environment.
The reason I can't do five star is limited food especially breakfast, widen the menu since not every guest is fan of wheat products so I ended up talking fruits and omelette only.

A humble venue with ample parking.

Nice halls with good security department and friendly.
