The most preferred place allover Uganda, with ample parking space and better services like swimming service on crystal clear waters.

New property, all white & light coloured, Spick & span, all staff are more than helpful, delicious food (large options for vegetarian), beautiful view of greenery, excellent location… best quality in everything…

Went to the restaurant where we waited for service for a long time after the menus were given to us. We waited long until my friend had to go call a waiter. He came took keys a person left on the table and did not come back we waited long and he just went on serving other tables. When we complained the waiters just laughed at us and the concierge gave the most insincere sorry.

I enjoyed my 3 trips to Uganda and had a pleasant stay at the Golden Tulip Hotel.

The massages at the inhouse spa were also very relaxing.

Great hotel. Thoroughly impressed by the greeting when we first arrived. Bags were taken. We were guided to the reception desk to check in which was faultless. Warm flannels to freshen our hands and nice cold juice to say welcome. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff are so friendly and helpful too. Would definitely stay again and recommend. 10/10 Golden Tulip. Keep up the good work.

It is nice place. Easy location. Staff are so friendly. I had lunch with my sister in buffet. Found a lot of verities. Many salads many types of desert. Delicious meal. Liked it. It was wonderful.

Great hotel, highly disciplined receptionists, and other staff. The rooms are clean and offer some beautiful views. The meals are also delicious and served with dessert. Attended a three day conference and enjoyed most of my time here. The conference room was clean and well aerated.

Beautiful place, well located. Super super pricey. You need to have saved up :) $3 a glass of juice. The Wellness Center is worth a visit. No regrets here on price. Absolutely worth every coin.

Great modern hotel. Warm staff, responsive management, good location, comfortable bed, entertainment and fitness facilities. The lounge on ground floor, with a bar at the end is a relaxing place to wind the evening away. Not sure there's a better modern hotel in Kampala.

Excellent service particularly from Gloria and Kendra at the front desk and Gabriel in I. T. Who went out of his way to assist with I. T. Requests. Reasonably good food, nice conference bitings and facilities, and great room service although room service meals tended to be very salty! The tenderloin steak and lemon souffle were out of this world though. Very clean and well-appointed rooms and requests were handled quickly and courteously. The views are stunning. Well done Golden Tulip Kampala! I look forward to my next visit!

Am always looking forward to my stay at the hotel. Its sits conveniently at the pulse of the C-Suites of Kampala making it easy to attend Business meetings withoit worrying about the traffic jams. The service and cuisine are exemplary. I checked out yesterday and forgot my watch and wedding ring but the syaff called me just as I was about to board to inform me they are in safe custody.

The rooms, view, and ambiance are wonderful. Hands down, they have the best breakfast buffet I have ever experienced (even compared to 5-Star hotels). The outside patio and restaurants may very well be the best in the city.

Beautiful place, Amazing pool that led me there in the first place but it’s ice cold n the food is inbearable plus the horrible cocktails, had to go have dinner else where. Otherwise I totally will be a regular here, loved the place.

Golden Tulip Canaan Kampala is one of the best hotels in Kampala with up to date facilities (best finished rooms with IP-TV, restaurants with fantastic views, meeting halls with video conferencing and well organized health club & pool). Whether for business or leisure, this is an ideal hotel.
