Bon Bini Residence

Worst stay my family and I have ever had in any place. Nothing in their apartments function. From electricity to toilets and plumbing. We had issues with something every single day of our 9 day stay. Nothing got fixed, even though the employees dropped in every day and pretended to. For the entire stay, the kitchen had no lights, and we haven’t been able to use it during night time. The Air Conditioners didn’t work for the entire stay. They explained that it was due to electrical overload, like it was our problem. Mold multiple areas, that can be very harmful to our health. Leakages that flooded the entire kitchen while we were sleeping. 2 days of no water what’s so ever, we couldn’t wash or flush for 2 days. Muyenga is a nice area though.

This place is just wanderful. The lady owner and all the crew are incredibly hospital persons.
On top of 1st class apartment for a very good price, everyone has been so helpful and welcoming we couldn't dream more.
They made our experience so easy and calm (they even helped us until the last minute in order for us to go to the airport).
Our apartment was located right in front of the beautiful swimming pool which was always super clean thanks also to the swimming pool employee who was also very welcoming and professional.
From the door guard (hello Julius! ) to Samuel the best manager up to Madame the owner, kindness and hospitality were shared values.
Next time you're in Kampala either for a day or a year don't hesitate to come to Bon Bini residence.

Absolutely good scenery. It's a calm nice place worthy spending precious moments preferably holidays, retreats, vacations. Elegant view with the swimming pool. Good vibes, clean spacious and beautiful rooms.

A very strategic location, not in the centre of the madness of the city and not to far away from the action either that a city brings. Found the commute really easy and getting out and about. Very helpful staff who are willing to go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable. A cozy decorated place with a calming effect. Netflix on the smart telly quite handy for the lazy nights in, as well as a very clean and well maintained swimming pool. I would definitely return any time.

We had a fantastic time for the 3 weeks we stayed here during our holiday. Communication was excellent straight from the time of our reservation. James always immediately attended to our every need. The airport shuttle and the professional drive was on time. Internet connection is the best we’ve experienced so far in Africa. They have a standby generator which turns on automatically every time there was a power outage. We will return here in future.

I just had the most incredible experience at the most magnificent hotel, oh my goodness! I just had to tell everyone about it and express my delight!
