Loved my stay at Biyem Hotel. The straff is so nice and serviceminded. The rooms are clean and spacious, the garden is very nice. Would recommend the hotel to friends :)

Biyem Hotel is a very lovely, serene and spacious place.
It's a perfect hide out away from the hustle and bustle of busy city.
Located with Kampala City, about 5km from the CBD.
I love the natural vegetation (trees and large green lawn) that are allover the place keeping it very cool all year round.
Very hospitable and caring staff. … Have well done intercontinental cuisines, that are a delicacy. This is home away from home. I highly recommend it any day.

"SIMPLY MAGNIFICENT" Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in kampala uganda! Upon arrival I were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible. And the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. The rooms are very nice. I had 9 great evenings there, which obviously also added up to the experience. It was exceptional in every way! just simply Magnificent! the Garden ohhhhh god just no words! thats why I called the garden of EDEN! the atmosphere was so special that really felt like home to me. All respect for the stuff ; a true sample of excellent hospitality! It's stylish, romantic, beautiful and immaculate. definitely ill be back!

We have been there for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. The staff is very friendly, everything is very clean and the garden area is big and nice, only the room is a little bit small for 2 tall germans :) but doesn't matter, because it is really a very good price!

Biyem Hotel is located in a quiet location. They have ample garden space and outdoor sitting although for those who prefer a quiet atmosphere, this might be challenging as speakers have been placed all around and music is played almost through out the day. I especially loved the food. The mushrooms were fantastic and they have freshly brewed coffee which was fantastic. There's an array of dishes including Eritrean dishes (my boyfriend and I ordered kitfo and it was amazing). The breakfast is quite a buffet if you decide to have the B&B style. The double room was a little too small but comfortable bed. Cleanliness in the bathroom was wanting though. If you want a quiet room I'd go for the ones facing away from the hotel's yard. Overall, the staff was exemplary. Kind, helpful and very friendly.

It is good place and I enjoy my time when I was there.

A wonderful hotel with a big garden in a quit calm area in the busy Kampala. Nice staff that does everything for you to enjoy your stay in Kampala. Breakfast included. Only a few km from the center of Kampala. Right now (fall 2017) they are also building a gym which I will enjoy next time coming here.

Stayed here for three nights, room was clean and spacious. Wi-Fi intermittent but that is nothing unusual. Food choices limited.

This place is so so nice so cool fresh air so fine for all ages.

Clean rooms some with steam shower, beautiful garden and kids play area. We recommend this hotel for accommodation, events and parties, kids park.

Wonderful gardens, friendly and helpful staff and a truly easy place to relax. I had a glorious month exploring Uganda from this base. They helped with tours, taxis and day to day tips. Will post photos shortly. Highly recommended.

I have stayed at Biyem hotel several times and I am always well treated. Rooms are clean and there is hot water. The garden that surrounds the hotel is beautiful and has plenty of space for a private dinner. The staff is always helpful and do what ever they can to help you and make your stay more convienent. The only thing I am missing is a swimming pool but I know that this is planned in the future. Enjoy your stay!

I stayed at Biyem hotel for 3 weeks and it was absolutely perfect! A lovely hotel with a beautiful garden areas to relax. The price was affordable with free Wifi access. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate you and make you feel like home. The room was spotless and perfect with comfy bed. Breakfast were good, with fresh fruits and juices, fried and boiled eggs, and everything more you would want for breakfast. The hotel gave me free airport pick-up and drop-off. During my stay, they were willing to drive me to the busy streets of Kampala anytime I want to go.
Thank you to all Hotel staff for making my stay warm and memorable! I will definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Kampala and would recommend to others.

I stayed with a group of friends at Biyem Hotel, and I have rarely felt more welcomed and was treated more like a friend than a guest at this beautiful place. The rooms are tastefully furnished, very clean and comfortable. The gardens feel like an oasis in the middle of Kampala and I wished I could have stayed longer. Everybody went out of their way to help me, be it with connecting to Wi-Fi, buying simcards, airport pick-up/drop-off or showing us around the city and surroundings. Thanks again to all at the Biyem Hotel for being such incredible hosts and making my first stay in Uganda and Africa unforgettable. I will definitely be back!
