I recently stayed at Acactus Hotel, and I must say it was an incredible experience! The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere.

I visited this hotel but there were the best I ever met.

It's really a nice comfortable place and I love da cleanliness.
And their food is da best.

Acactus hotel kampala, Uganda is the hotel located at luwafu kampala 2.2miles kampala park. I appreciate for the good customer care and service cause even the rooms are so clean and the bathrooms are so good not only that the also have enough accomodation for someone to stay. It's the best hotel in kampala.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in Acactus Hotel Kampala, Uganda for a week and I must say it was An exceptional experience.
The hotel's location was perfect easy to access to public transportation and. Plenty of restaurant and shops nearby.
The rooms where spacious mordern and immaculately clean💯
The bed was incredibly comfortable and the ammities were top notch, the staff friendly and helpful and went above and beyond ❤️

The place is so cool basing to the people who don't want noise for sure I like the place.

The place is tidy and the rooms were clean. The noise from the bar was a bit loud and no care in the world for the customers needs.

No hot water for shower.
Slippers given where of different color and size.
Furniture in the room so bad.
Fake picture advertisement.
Very dirty rusty gym.
Room Tv has no sound and no remote.
Food takes long to be served.
Electricity always malfunctions at the hotel while surrounding buildings have power.
Poor equipments used by cleaners.
Poor finishing of the hotel 🏨
Poor maintenance.

Has good food prepared and served on order, good Wi-Fi😊and clean enough. However food takes long to be served. Hospitality good but rooms, although spacious and maintained on a daily, I didn't find the beddings comfortable because sheets were old, no net and bathroom tiny. The shower flows just on top of toilet sit.

After airport pickup we slept at this place with good airation at the rooftop and the staff were good especially the chef who served us our breakfast at 6:45am as we were setting off for Murchison falls in western side of the country.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this place. Wonderful room allocated, good hospitality, friendly staffs except for my one of their staffs that gave me attitude due to the exchange rate he changed money for him and I asked for clarity. It's a good place to stay anyways.
