Was there for a wedding reception. It was held in a spacious and fancy hall on the second floor. The place has lifts that took us to the second floor. Spacious car parking. It was an amazing experience. Liked the place.

I love places that are secluded and have a less demanding atmosphere. If you're like me, Royal Suites is a great spot to get that kind of ambiance. Especially for events or parties. With a pool area, bar, and restaurants with tasty buffet. You can't go wrong. I prefer this especially at night. The lighting a beautiful, especially around the pool area.

Hotel of horrors. If you are on budget don't ever stay here unless you want bed bugs and mosquitoes to make a meal of you. The rooms unfortunately stank and the bathrooms looked unsanitary. Stay here at your own risk.

It's very beautiful hotel with great customer care. It has big swimming pool for children and adults. Their food is to die for and their hall for weddings and conferences is amazing. It's little expensive but worth the money. For a get away weekend since it locates in quite neighborhood is greattttttt snooze the moos.

They have very nice gardens as well as a good out doors experience. Good for holding functions as well meetings amongst many other things. The services provided at up to per. The only low is in the catering service which is a bit slow putting it at a disadvantage to the clients.

Good swimming pool very clean. A nice kids pool good food and I love their customer care.

Hotel location is very good We can hear birds sound Clean and hygene environment But no lift facility, we need to walk long for room from reception and also room to restaurant. Little costly. But food is very good. Little bit delay for service foods. We can get indian foods here. In outside premmise mosquito is huge. Sevice is very good. All the workers are very humble.

Spacious rooms with Kitchenettes. Good service. Be weary though over the weekend they hosted a band, I reckon a party was going on… quite loud, excruciatingly so. Huge gym with themed aerobics making them fun.

I lived here a month. Nice place. Quiet. Great food. Swimming pool, sauna & gym are open to the public at a fee as a package. Beautiful grounds (even for a wedding photoshoot). Perfect for a weekend family outing. Great service. One lady at the reception stood out as exceptional in service.

Reasons why I give this place a five star is because it's one of the best places in Kampala for tourists, holiday makers, socialites, public figures, this is a place to stay for anyone who loves luxury, there conference hall ohh my God. They have everything you ever wanted to experience. And guess what? they have a wonderful swimming instructor the guys is good at his work.

Very good price/value. Good restaurant and very nice pool/bar area. Only downside are the mosquitos when you are sitting outside. Many of them as the property borders on the swamps. But mosquito nets in the rooms make the nights peaceful.

Very good living experience especially in the dry season but rainy season may be a challenge for some when mosquitoes are breeding. Overall I highly recommend this place. Good pool, and big rooms, nice staff. The bad, it’s all day noisy. Non stop loud music from the pool and the rooms can’t fully close the windows. You are forced to listen to the parties they rent the pool to. At night the ACs ruble on the corridor.

Royal suites is located in an affluent neighbourhood of Kampala. The rooms have a modern contemporary finish and very spacious. In addition, there is a lit lounge within the hotel for those wanting to vent after a long day's work. The pool is really big and the gym and sauna are fully fitted.

This hotel even if it is in Kampala, you seem to be elsewhere, no traffic noise or any other in that fact. The front desk people are just perfect. I would recommend this hotel to all business people staying in Kampala, the rooms are big, the Wi-Fi across the hotel is excellent. Gym is great. The hotel is family friendly. It has a nice outdoor swimming pool with a lifeguard and kids pool. The conference rooms are adequate, spacious and clean, with attentive staff and nice treats at coffee breaks. Friendly & attentive staff at the hotel. The food in the restuarant for breakfast and lunch is healthy, delicious, local and plentiful. An enjoyable and good value hotel.

I am soooo disappointed in one of your employees, one Amanda who has been in sleeping with a guest at your hotel… A BIG Shame on on you… Your hotel is a no no very crude behavior. (forgot to mention the guest is married) and they broke up with the wife because of Amanda. Put a list on your employees Royal Suites. Shame Shame.

I have attended two of my friend's weddings here and I must say the service is good. The food is okay too depending on your choice of cuisine. However get ready to part with some good amounts of money on almost everything.

Huge pool, great buffet options, great service, very child and family friendly.

For those wishing to stay with family in a secure place this is the best place. Nice pool. The breakfast might be short of what is expected when you look at the place.

There is a calming effect about this place, the colours and flowers just blend well to give a good ambience. The service is good and everyonr has a smile. Big cushy seats make you just wanted to curl up with a good book.

Still my favourite place to stay in Uganda after over 10years! Apartments are gorgeous and clean, it's safe and the staff are so welcoming!

The place is generally good, it's a nice place to relax but it's old and shabby. I go there to use the gym and pool, but find the facilities very disappointing. The plastic grating around the pool is falling apart, and it's easy to break your ankle in it. The children's changing rooms are dark and very dangerous, The adult changing rooms are dark and for some reason the front door is always open, half the lockers don't work, the lights go off in the showers, they have those urine balls in the showers too… And to top it off they make you put down a deposit for borrowing a towel. It really wouldn't take much to fix this…

I personally love the swimming pool. Conference or business meetings have a favorable rate for accompaniment in food and notebooks as well as pens. Wireless is a bit good. Good gym and nice sauna area. Green place good for outdoor functions.

Excellent. Serene compound with nice layout, courteous staff, good quality music, away from the noise of the city. It is a place worth a revisit.

We have been to 2 conferences hosted here. The magic is, this place is located approx 6 km from the city centre of Kampala, off the Port Bell Rd. This secluded area from the noise of the city, makes this hotel tick the box for convenience. The hotel is located with easy access to major road, and traffic jam is never been a problem. The conference room are well decorated, fitted with modern equipment to make our conference a success. There's always a large choice of rooms for accommodation to choose from including suites, double and single room. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. We learned that the hotel added a business centre after our visit.

If you want a venue for a function? Royal Suites will stand out. There is enough space for outdoor functions, including a poolside are. And halls which accommodate different numbers of people. The food is great too.

Beautiful and clean pool, with very good sound system.

This is my place of choice. Friday evenings are especially the best you cannot afford to miss while in town. There's a live band to entertain and great food and drinks are served at a fraction off the normal price. A nice quiet ambiance and the friendly staff plus a world class health club makes this a must stop spot and a great chill spot if you want to avoid the rush hour traffic back home.
