Nice lake view. I enjoyed my stay there, can't wait to come back.

Great view of the River Nile, but it seems like Brisk's best days are behind it. It's worth a visit though.

The rooms are too old, but they have a great view for the lake.

The hotel has rooms that face the lake and some that don't, just make sure to ask for the rooms that do, the food was a bit expensive with the menu items at above Ugshs. 20, 000. Beware of lake flies, they shall ruin your night.

Worst than Guest House. It’s Ghost House. Dirty rooms, dirty toilets, poor maintenance. They charge too much but don’t even provide drinking water even. AC doesn’t work and if you ask them to work on it then they told you have to manage as it’s. They don’t even know H of hospitality.

A hotel in a great place in terms of picturesque nature, and a cheap hotel for those looking for a hotel at a reasonable price. The rooms are very modest and do not have a refrigerator or a closet. There are a lot of insects at night brought by the lighting. There is no Wi-Fi, but there is a swimming pool.

Rooms are a bit basic, but the location is excellent and the service offered by all the staff was amazing. Would love to go back for the masala chips and passion fruit juice 😋

The staff offer no customer care, carried my luggage from the vehicle to the room with no assistance whatsoever. The rooms are so poor in all ways yet the price is high.

The pool was so dirty, it's floor tiles are broken and wall tiles are dirty as well. The pool side beds were broken and littered around the pool. No life guard in case of an emergency and the toilets in the changing room are awful. Keep away from this place if you want to be safe and in good health.

The place was a top notch. With fascinating rooms.

I really don't understand why this property has such hopeless reviews. The property is aged but so have many tourists arriving in Uganda. This is a spotlessly clean hotel, very peaceful and quiet. All services are carried out politely and smilingly. The restaurant serves whatever you want with all your modifications. Location is right over the Lake Victoria with the boat cruise leaving right from under the hotel. The owner is always on the premises and keeps a watch over the arrangements. He personally spent an hour negotiating with various white-water rafting companies who were reluctant to take my son as a single paying participant. He finally cajoled someone to give us a deal. The A/C and hot water were the best we had in Uganda.
The staff got up an hour before breakfast t time and cooked a proper meal for us as we had to leave early. If this is not enough, I don't know what will be.

Rooms are okay. Wall-to-wall carpets beef fixing, bathroom wash basins n cisterns do work but can do with a replacement. Bfast was quite good. Need to. Replace the terrible nescafe with good brewed local coffee.

The property touches the shores of one of the biggest fresh water bodies in Eastern Africa, Lake Victoria.
Plenty of water activities for example speed boats, water bicycle, swimming, fishing to mention a few!
While seated in the restaurant, one will enjoy the lake view.
The source of the Nile is only 30 minutes away using a speed boat 🛥
When the night falls, make sure you close your windows to avoid the lake flies invasion.
However this facility is dilapidated and needs urgent attention interns of repairs and renovation.
