My husband stayed at the hotel last August, Hotel was clean with excellent food and service.
I contacted the hotel to arrange something for his birthday and received wonderful service from Joy at the reception.
I would strongly recommend the hotel and the service by Joy, he helped organise the room and order a cake.

The GM mr. Jeevan helped me by answering my detailed questions even before my arrival which has been very professional and guest-oriented.
the whole team has been very kind and helpful.
the room had the best view to see the whole lake. The food there was amazing with correct price.
It seems that the hotel has been managed by GM in a very logical and peofessional way as anyone from any team would give you help.
I had a chance to talk to the prop owner and found him a very gentle person with deep cultural background which I think would be the reason why the hotel has such a good location with the view and has been made and managed clean and stylish.

We have been 2 times for the dinner and been super satisfied, everithing was perfect. Thanks to the waitress JUDITH.

The place was modern, very clean, great customer service. The employees very friendly and ready to serve. The food was good. In addition, the hotel had a very good location. It was located at a walking distance from the zoo, botanical garden, and vjctoria mall. My daughter and I stayed there. It is a good hotel for both family trips and business trips. I highly recommend it.

Stayed here at one of the lake view rooms. The sunrises from the balcony are unmissable and the service is just perfect, not too pushy and not too lax Will surely return.

Nice, clean, comfortable, stylishly designed rooms. The GM Mr Jeevan and the staff are very dedicated and attentive to the needs of the guests, always asking if everything is ok and if I need anything. Will definitely be back!

The chef, made us the most tastiest tandoori chicken I ever had in my life. I recommend others to give it a try, they will not regret having salivated over my review. Keep it burning khotels. Much love.
